A Truly Fabulous Apartment

Stefano is a gracious host and was more than helpful during and prior to checking in. The apartment is just beautiful and everything we needed for our break in Florence. Very spacious and well equipped with everything we required. Comfortable beds which is a must after a full day of exploring.

A very large, spacious, comfortable and ideal house.

We've been traveling Europe for three years, and this is the best house we've ever stayed in. After walking thousands of steps around the city, we were so happy to return to this house. The host is a wonderful person and very helpful. Nothing was a problem. The house is located within walking distance of the city's iconic landmarks. It's also very large, spacious, and comfortable. The street and the back alley are very quiet. The beds are large and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and functional. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a table and plenty of space for six people to eat comfortably. The house has three spacious rooms, a large kitchen, and a beautiful bathroom. We didn't even use one of the rooms. Thank you very much and send our regards.

Of course, the service we received was worth the money we paid. But I wish everything in the world were cheaper :)

The owner is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely decorated and spacious. Owner also helped us to keep our luggages for some hours after our check out.

There are not so much thing to tell here. Only in hot summer you may feel little warm because the ceiling fan speed is not fast at all.

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay and highly recommend this house, especially for families. It’s beautiful, spotless, well-equipped and very close to the city center. Also has great restaurants close by.

Spacious apartment close to bus stops, grocery stores and resturants.

We selected this location across the river to avoid the crowds. It has convenient bus connections from the railway station, as well as easy access to Piazzale Michelangelo and the Ponte Vecchio by bus. These sites are also within walking distance, surrounded by many pleasant restaurants. The apartment dates back to the sixties or seventies and is spacious. It was more like staying in a home. Our hosts were friendly and flexible. It was good value for money.

Location,cleanliness ,the size of the rooms, the facilities of the kitchen and the ceiling fans. The owner ( Stefano ) is very helpful if one needs assistance in reserving taxis etc.

Very good location. Straight from Firenze centrale about 20 min. Safe place. Wonderful restaurants nearby. There are shops. All attractions are within 20 minutes walk. A pleasant welcome.

Great apartment, awesome host.

The apartment was huge and comfortable. Enough for our family with 4 kids. Location was a bit far (20mins walk from Firense SM Novella station, 15-20mins walk to duomo) but not an issue because it was winter and weather was perfect. Complete kitchen utensils and appliances. Stefano was bery helpful with the help in getting into the apartment. Kudos to Stefano!

A lovely stay in Florence

The apartment had all the facilities we needed for our stay. It was clean and comfortable, and close to some restaurants and a supermarket. It was only a short bus ride or walk from the centre. The host was lovely and we were able to check in early upon request.

Fans in bedrooms are not enough in July heat. We could not connect the TV to wifi therefore we could not use it. Bedroom drawers were dusty, Found some trash probably from past renters.

The location is great and close by to many tourist attractions. The local transport was just a step away. The host was nice and he gave us two pair of keys.

The property does not have an elevator and our apartment was at the 2nd floor so for my parents it was a little uncomfortable.

We loved Casa Giorgio! very lovely and cozy apartment, it even has balconies to enjoy Florence views, full equipped kitchen and bathroom and Rooms, me and my family were sad we couldn’t stay a little bit more there, Stefano was always very kind!

Womderful apartment in a great part of town.

Stefano was of great help! The location is great, as it is on walking distance from the station and from multiple busy Piazza’s. Kitchen was well equipped, and there is a supermarket close to the apartment. in the weekend the street is a little busier, and you can listen to live music from the café down the street right from the balcony :)

The airconditioning was a ceiling fan, which didn’t do too much for the July heat. But overall I can’t complain!

The bedrooms themselves were comfortable, large ceiling fans helped with high heat

Only one set of keys made it difficult for our large group to split up (ex. if anyone wanted to take keys to go home early at night they would need to be awake to let other people in). There was also only one restroom which was difficult with a large group

Hemos estado muy agusto en la casa. Es muy amplia. Tiene una calefacción excelente, las camas son cómodas, quizás un poco blandas. Tiene dos terrazas con sillas y mesa, en una entrada el sol por la mañana y en otra por la tarde, ideales para tomar un ☕

Nosotros hemos hecho todas las comidas fuera, pero tenía cafetera italiana, café, azúcar, sacarina y cacao. Tiene lavavajillas y no tiene lavadora

El trato y comunicación con el propietario muy favorable, comunicativo y flexible.

El alojamiento, para el precio al que se oferta me parece desactualizado, muebles antiguos y sin ninguna sensación acogedora. Sofá muy viejo, y sensación de frío. Es cierto que el espacio estaba limpio. Son estancias grandes pero muy poco actuales con todas las opciones que se ofrecen hoy en día es muy mejorable. Pasamos tres noches conociendo la ciudad y no volvimos al alojamiento nada más que a dormir, no invitaba pasar ratitos de descansos.

Ottima posizione, casa grande ottima per 5 persone

Prima di arrivare il proprietario mi ha inviato tutte le indicazioni per raggiungere l'appartamento. Ottima la posizione, in venti minuti a piedi si arriva alla stazione, in pochi minuti a Palazzo Pitti e giardini Boboli. Casa bella grande ottima per 5 persone.

Purtroppo un po' rumorosa. Accanto c'è un lungo viale dove passano spesso macchine e di notte si sente tutto.

Totul a fost deosebit, gazda primitoare si atenta, camere mari si dotate cu tot ceea ce ai avea nevoie. Paturi confortabile, o lenjerie si prosoape imaculate. De la balcomul din bucatarie se deshide o priveliste pitoreasca, e liniște, iar magazinele si stația de bus sunt aproape. Voi revini oricand, cu mare placere.
