This pet-friendly villa in Rome has 3 bedrooms to accomodate 5 people comfortably. Ideal for families with children, it has free wifi, a relaxing swimming pool, and faces castle Sermugnano on one side and gives beautiful views of the Tiber valley from the other side. The surroundings are beautiful with woods, vineyards , olive groves and fields. Nearby places of Orvieto, Cività di Bagnoregio, Todi, Assisi and Bolsena are idealfor enjoying the nature. The medieval castles, churches and Etruscan and Roman ruins are perfect for history lovers to explore. Seabeach is 80 km away. Castiglione in Teverina town center is nearby at 2 km. Furnished with antiques, there is a fireplace in the dining room and a TV and DVD player in the living room to relax. Maximun 1 pet is allowed free of charge. Motorway and train station are at 7 km and 10 km respectively. The nearest airport is 100 km away.
