Amazing ocean view! We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful ocean view and sound from al 3 bedrooms, the kitchen and "stoep".
The renovated kitchen is beautiful and equipped with everything you may need.
The host welcomed us warmly and was always available for any questions.
The rest of the house and it's furniture is a bit old/outdated, but still very comfortable.
The bathrooms are very old/outdated and the showers have almost no water pressure.
The location and views still make up for anything else that may be a bit lacking.

The position is absolutely superb right across from Bikini Beach.
It is outdated but the kitchen has been beautifully revamped. Can’t wait for the rest of the house to be revamped.
The braai area is outside the back with no views. It would be great to have a braai area in the front also, especially for the views, but 2 braai areas also allow for the best of both worlds depending on the wind.

The unit is right on the beach with beautiful views.
Everything required for self catering is supplied.
Una was friendly and helpful.
The house is dirty and needs a thorough cleaning.
The road right in front of the unit is busy and noisy.
The braai area needs to be upgraded.
The water/plumbing system needs to be upgraded as water from the outflow of the bath pushes up into the adjacent shower which is most unpleasant.
The louvre windows and sliding windows are old and do not seal properly causing sand to be blown into the house.
There is no cleaning service and with the sand constantly being blown into the house, this is a problem.
