Everything except the issue with no hot water, but they fixed it & are working on trying to get it sorted out for good I suspect it’s the new company and system? A lot of water is wasted running the taps to wait for hot water
One or two of the kitchen staff were extremely noisy. Just a few times. I did ask & they were fine afterwards Everyone else were exceptional as always Security should be at their post more often. A lot of cars were hooting for the gate to be opened Deliveries can be announced once it’s off loaded. He can just let reception know, they can WhatsApp the guest
