Location is excellent - central to everything

The location was perfect and I liked that it felt secure staying there

The kitchen dustbin foot pedal was broken which was quite annoying

Superb location, could not be more central in Stellenbosch. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, very complete kitchen and bathroom. Friendly staff communicated well about the keys (thanks to Zola) Fair price so I would gladly stay here again. Parking included is a bonus.

The setting is somewhat noisy so not ideal for a sensitive sleeper - noise from the restaurant, staircase and a bit from outside. Facilities are getting slightly older (bathroom) but it all works well.

Very central

The accommodation needs a serious spring clean. There is a noticeable build-up of old dirt and dust, and the overall cleanliness is very poor. Curtains: Far too short, allowing a lot of outside light into the room at night. Linen and cupboard space: Linen takes up two drawers in the cupboard and is not even neatly folded or packed away. Lighting: The lighting is very poor, with the lights appearing dim all the time. Unpleasant smell: There is a bad smell in the kitchen / bathroom area , possibly coming from the drains, which needs to be investigated. Overall, the accommodation needs a thorough deep clean and attention to these issues to make the stay more comfortable.
