Great value for money in a convenient location. The unit is very nice and modern which was great. The Spar downstairs has everything you need for shopping as well.

The wifi was quite inconsistent and I had to switch to my mobile data a few times. The water pressure was also a bit up and down at times but it wasn't a huge problem.

That it felt like home away from home. My husband enjoyed the stay and liked the fact that it wasn't a bachelor apartment set up. It was clean, neat and very comfortable.

🫣 that the shower didn't have a door and there was water on the floor after showering. It's not a train smash though. It would do well with a mop.

My stay at New Boston Hotel was excellent. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. The atmosphere was relaxed and everything was well maintained. I would gladly recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Its a good place that needs a few touch ups in terms of service and maintenance

The room is spacious, well equipped for a long stay, the parking is good and secure, hot water available at anytime, free Wifi available though not constant, good window view, close to police station and hospital, not far from the airport and other tourist attractions,

The bathroom was not very clean, the change of sheets was delayed until we requested, the light under the kitchen top cabinet not safely secured, the bed makes noise, the mirror was put in a tight spot, no free regular room service

The rooms are clean, the toilet a clean, its private, no noise, it has all the necessary cleaning equipment if u want to do it yourself, the mirrors and everything is just spotless, it is really worth the money

Only thing I did not like is that in the basement parking, a white glue like substance dripped from the roof on to the car. It is a rental car and although we were lucky to have it drip on the window, it would have caused thousands of rands damage if it landed on the body of the car. Please inform people upfront as to avoid these spots in the basement parking.

Good for using as a base. Central location for easy access to various suburbs in the surrounding areas, great WiFi, above a Spar to quickly grab items on the go.

The floor didn't seem completed yet, and fire escape wasn't clear. Description of property needs to be edited. No patio and garden view (view is of roof and voortrekkers street). Not major, but very small ice cube tray and have to close window before sleeping because of noise in Voortrekker street

The most amazing experience.

The place honestly suprised me,it was so beautiful I liked the whole place from reception area where security made us feel so welcome upon arrival,when we went fo the apartment we booked it was so cute and cozy and it had everything you needed,we even had a view which was a bonus.Just want to add it was so perfect as Spar was also just there and we never had any problem with noise as everyone that was booked in honestly was nice. Defenitely perfect for a quick get away will be there again.

Ad photos and description is misleading

There is a Spar right under in the building which is very convenient.

When I arrived to check in. the security was instructed by the host to take me to a studio apartment and not the deluxe 1 bedroom apartment as as shown and described on the listint. The security then contacted the host and she said that those were the wrong pictures advertised and that I have to pay R400 extra on the spot for the initial apartment that I already booked. I then done so otherwise I would've had to settle for the studio room which I would not have booked. . There was no soap whatsoever or any bodywash amenities, one of the towels was still damp and dirty.

Please replace the beddings. The beddings that we got in the second week were old. One of the bathrooms had a bad smell, not sure if it’s something that can be fixed.

This was simply perfect in every way! Just what we were looking for. A clean, quiet, environment that we could rest before catching an early flight. Fully self catering and also very central, one can simply go downstairs and shop around. It's only 15mins to the airport. The staff are the cherry on top, Marlene sent us all the info we needed before check-in, Michael checked us in and was an absolute gem-exceptional service! All in all a very pleasant experience, we will definitely be back.

A home away from home

Very clean apartments...found new items that are trendy and unique. Mauline, the owner, was super friendly and great sense of humour. She helped us book her apartments a second time when almost all hotels in Cape Town were fully booked...really grateful for this gesture. Great wifi signal and smart TV allowed us to watch our local channels from back home in Zambia 😊

The location is a little noisy because it is right above a super market and there's little control on outside environment. Also, had difficulties getting an Uber on most working days in the morning...almost missed my flight due to no Uber pick up in the area.
