Great location, perfect for weekend stay

Returned for a second stay at this apartment - very well furnished, excellent location and close to most centres of interest. Apartment is comfortable for a weekend / long weekend stay, the area is very quiet and peaceful and there's virtually no traffic around the complex which adds to the quiet. The host is very responsive and helpful in answering questions or concerns that one might have.

The apartment was very clean, safe, and in a good location. The beds were very comfortable.

There was no washing machine, aircon and pots were not enough, please try to add 2 caster iron pots in future. At least consider a helper for a longer stay at least once after 4 nights for bathroom cleaning and changing of bedding.

Pleasant despite some challenges

Lovely place with all the facilities that you need for a short or longer stay. The unit was clean and comfortable The host communicated well on whatsapp

On arrival please guests please note the small pedestrian gate is behind a building on the left of the gate. We struggled at first. The internet didnt work initially, some wiring not connected, but worked well after being connected The water pressure on all taps except the shower was very low over the 2 days. The Shower pressure was perfect though. Apart from that everything was great and the positives outshined the small negatives. Would we stay there again , absolutely.

Great value for money - quiet location, well-equipped apartment

The apartment and its facilities were as advertised! Clean, neat and tidy and easy to move around. I enjoyed the added touches - biscuits, coffee and tea, chocolates on the bed, ample towels and entertainment accounts signed in (most places expect you to bring your own accounts and only supply the TV)! The beds were comfortable, the lighting (bedside lamps) and night stands made storing / putting things down more convenient. The shower has a great setup.

Because the space can be relatively small, I'd say smaller appliances and coffee table might work better (smaller fans, for example, and a slightly smaller coffee table to accommodate the small lounge area). Overall, great stay and everything worked out conveniently.

All the equippment and interior was really first class.

We loved everything. Just check the twin room's door. It is difficult to open from the inside....maybe swollen.

It was like a home away from home, very nice

Durbanville is a very beautiful location. Close to shops, fast food and restaurants, easy access to main roads. Utensils, and crockery..they thought of everything one could need. The welcome wine bottle added a nice touch and I love their wine glasses ..very classy!

Parking bays could use some shelter. Our car had to park in the blazing sun. The main bedroom was quite small and we had to sleep with the bedroom open to keep it cool but otherwise a lovely property.

Attention to detail and extras was notable. Complimentary snacks and wine definitely a win. Decor was nice and towels of good quality. Good value for money.

The pillows on bed in Unit 10 was a bit soft and lumpy, and blankets had a bad smell. Unit 1 bathroom gets very damp because of extraction problems (can't open window because on the road). Maybe a bit more lamps for during load shedding. The one small lamp did not work properly and did not provide enough light. Maybe a lamp per room?

Lovely apartment on the ground floor, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean in a quiet area. Secure parking right in front of the unit. Well equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Even welcoming treats, Nespresso machine, small milk in the fridge and a lamp providing light during loadshedding. A very useful informative booklet with shopping centres and restaurants in the area. Outside braai with a bag of firewood. The host Mandy is very responsive and welcoming.
