The place where this was located.

I was provided the wrong apartment, both booking.com and the apartment owners were unresponsive. I was not allowed to leave as they will not refund too. Got a 50 dhs cash back, but the hotel will still keep doing it. Will be checking possibilities for lodging a complaint as wrong services were advertised. And no one apologized for this also the building staff told me that it’s not my right to respect the room. No toiletries too

I arrived there and tried calling but no one answered, it was a residence according to some people who I spoke to in the building, no instructions were given to enter the property, I had to improvise to find out the location by looking at the pictures. Reading the reviews and the comments led me to know that it was nothing but a shared apartment. I canceled the reservation and still haven't received any word from the property owners nor from booking itself. I just hope they refund the money and the points that I lost upon reservation.

The room was 6' x 12' plus a bathroom. The confirmation stated 215 sq feet with kitchenette. I had no access to the kitchen, so I moved out the next day. There was no beach view, there was not even a window.
