hospitality of the staff, location, welcome drinks available all the time

house keeping never replace all towels, I had always to ask for towels. only black tea, instant coffee are the available drinks in the room. no other drinks are available.

Al Ain Hotel - am coming again!

Everything, the staff the managers the rooms , the little sweet surprise in the room fridge ;) i loved every minutes of my stay there. A respectful and neat hotel is to be felt from the moment you enter it.

dirty couples not for Family

The room décor is outdated, and the color combinations are unpleasant and mismatched, which gives a depressing feeling. This hotel seems to attract an inappropriate crowd, so I would not recommend it for families.

Comfy and enjoyable

The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff is very polite and professional. Quality and display of the breakfast is remarkable. Excellent service in general.

Gym is spacious and well decorated, but the equipment is very basic and the multipurpose station is not usable ( needs proper maintenance). Pool is very small.

Spend more for a better location. Time = Money

The air-conditioning worked well. Large room, still a studio. That was about it.

Staff kept passing blame and not taking accountability with whose fault it was, instead of trying to fix the problem, it was just in general none of their fault. No solution just 'wasn't me" or " I told reception",.. so common in UAE, terrible customer service. Noisy neighbors dragging and banging furniture at 3am! Room had paint specs everywhere. TV had no English channels. The parking is so badly designed. The location of the hotel meant you were in stand still traffic at any time of the day, took 20min just to get to the other side of the road. Not pedestrian friendly. No balconies or good view.

Very friendly and helpful Manager, Mohammed. Had a bad experience in my room, but Mohammed really met high expectations upgrading me to a Presidential Suite.

Room service was a gem

First off, the general cleanliness of the place was nothing to write home about. I mean, when you're paying good money for a room, you expect it to be clean and tidy, right? But here, it felt like they just gave everything a once-over and called it a day. It was like they were just going through the motions, without any real care for the details. And don't even get me started on the minibar situation. We were told on check-in that the minibar was complimentary – "Help yourself, it’s free" they said. So, we thought, "Cool, a little perk!" But then, surprise, surprise, we got slapped with charges for it at checkout. Talk about misleading! It's not even about the money; it's the principle. If you say something's free, it should be free. Period. Location-wise, it was okay, nothing special. It was close to a few attractions, but honestly, the lack of transparency and the subpar cleanliness just soured the whole experience.

GOOD Staff, clean room, check in & out process not smooth.

Clean, close to lulu superstore, spacious room, good view of city, Good WiFi connection ,friendly staff,I came bit early, staff was helpful to allow early check in.

I didn't like Check in and out process. They deposit AED100 on arrival. They will give you that back on check out, in cash. I wanted my money to be refunded back to my account as I paid by card but they only refund in cash. Next day when I check out they first check the room and ask you to wait for few minutes. I don't like this extra process as I stayed in other hotels in Dubai, no one ask for security deposit. Room Interior is old but still clean.
