A reasonably average property in all respects. The size of the room was very decent.

The location, parking, facilities, cleanliness and over all ambiance and environment.

The staff was kind

Everything in the building is very old and dirty. The kitchen needs cleaning. One side of the shower had no glass, so no matter how careful you were when showering, the water was making the whole bathroom wet. The AC was extremely loud, the kitchen-bathroom fans were very noisy. No shelf to put your luggage on. We were very busy during our stay, otherwise we would have found another place the very next day.

I had requested an early check-in and even offered to pay extra. The hotel confirmed my request, assuring me they would accommodate my early arrival. However, when I reached the hotel at the agreed time, the staff at the counter were rude and unprofessional, saying no rooms were available for early check-in. This was completely opposite to what they had promised. I felt my time was wasted and their attitude reflected very poor customer service. It reflects a serious lack of reliability and customer care

Overall standard was good and can avoid the problems which I faced with a skilled staffs to handle.

The room was clean. Staffs need to be more active.

Few of the things which I experienced and could have been better. 1. Cockroach inside the room. 2. Room 804 has insects from the bottom of shower partition. 3. Room 804 had ac problem and couldn't be rectified and later changed to 802 at the middle of the night. 4. Doesn't refill water everyday. I had to ask every night for water and the front desk officer also forgot to send the water. Later had to call again and got the water. 5. Last night before leaving when I asked for water they came with one bottle of water and said their waters were finished. 6. Stayed for 5 nights. Faced trouble to take out the car as they didn't have the proper information about the guest cars kept behind my car. Took time to take the car out which caused ultimate delay for me to attend a meeting.

Smell smoke all over the room. The location is insdutrial and somewhat not secure in the outside when we arrive but just an impression. The morning staff is not approachble and doesnt smile and give care while talking to cuatomers

They have to keep proper record and document for guest. not to hold and keep our document ss security , if need can make rule to keep some cash deposit as guaranty if required. They kept my id card until check out which is not fair.
