The worse place to stay at.

This is the worse Hotel Apartment I've ever been. Very arrogent staff, very dirty rooms, very bad assitstance, very unprofessional receptionist.

I really DO NOT recommend to any person to stay in this place. It is the worse experience I've ever had.

UnAthical Change in room Rent at last minute

good room sizes & the staff was really active & supporting very quickly. Overall 17 nights stay was good. Covered parking was always available, which gives me peace of mind.

The property changed the price just a few hours before check-in, which came as a complete shock. We are still trying to secure a refund. I do have an issue with this practice; however, everything else was excellent. Furniture really needs a change now.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was not clean at all, and there was an unpleasant smell as soon as I walked in. The furniture and bedding looked old and poorly maintained, which made the whole place feel uncomfortable. What bothered me the most is that the hotel looks nothing like the photos online. The pictures make it seem modern and clean, but in reality it was the complete opposite. Some of the things they advertised weren’t available or didn’t match the description. The price was also far too high for what I got. For the amount I paid, I expected good service and a clean, comfortable room—unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. It was overpriced, not clean, and very misleading compared to the pictures shown on the website. I hope they improve their standards and update their photos to reflect the real condition of the place.

I am very disappointed with the hotel I booked through your platform. The photos you have posted online are completely misleading. When I arrived and asked for my room, they first showed me a room that was extremely dirty and smelled terrible. When I questioned them about the room I had actually booked, they then showed me a different one with a small kids’ area. Unfortunately, the second room was not any better — the door lock was broken, the flat had a strong foul smell, it was infested with cockroaches, and overall, it was not clean. The bedsheets were dirty, and there was no complimentary drinking water. I had to pay 5 AED for just two bottles of water. Additionally, there was no kettle or tea bags provided. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever booked through Booking.com. The toilet was in poor condition — the WC wasn’t even properly fixed and was wobbly. I asked about the pest, the staff itself got irritated and told me we will do the pest control. I strongly urge Booking.com to verify the accuracy and quality of the listings they promote. This experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Although i have forced to stay because i came from Abu Dhabi, and it was difficult to search another hotel during that time. After all I paid AED 325 for one night stay.

Needs alot of maintenance specially the sofa cover yo be changed and the walls need painting also the bathroom shower pipes.

Very poor WiFi too much disappointed with Wi-Fi connection so I give 5 out of 10. 😞
