My stay was fantastic.

Location is very good and room space was very adequate. However a bit struggled with saucepans and cups initially but they were later provided when i requested. The staff were very professional in handling us.

Staff was very polite, friendly and very helpful. Cleaning service was spot on.

Waiting for lifts/elevator , found it slower than most places. Parking wasn't too bad on it's own but few cars were parked halfway through which makes it difficult for other user to go in and out as they don't have any turning point.

Pleasant stay but could do better

Staff cleaning bedrooms was really good.. There was a gym and steam/sauna facilities along with swimming pool. Having a good size fridge and washing machine was a bonus

Breakfast was very crowded particularly after 9am. Also when trying to eat breakfast outside the crows were very bold in stealing the breakfast if left unattended. Felt in the bedrooms could have had fruit and sparkling water as compliments

We had a fantastic weekend at Ewan hotel, largely due to the exceptional customer service. Jennifer at the reception was an absolute standout, going above and beyond with her warmth and professionalism. All the staff were incredibly accommodating, ensuring every need was met promptly. The service was impressively fast, making our experience seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a welcoming and affordable stay!

There were a couple of areas that could’ve been better, though they didn’t overshadow the experience. The parking spaces were quite narrow, which made it a bit tricky to maneuver, which is something I know isn’t easily fixed, but if it could be improved in the future, it’d be a huge plus. The breakfast was acceptable, nothing extraordinary, but it got the job done. Overall, I’d happily return for the warm, personal vibe and stellar service!

Good value for money

I've stayed at Ewan Tower many times. Its a good balance of cost verses facilities. The furniture is old and the rooms are a bit tired but its good value for money. The location is excellent with a big supermarket and lots of small shops close by. The staff, especially the girls on the front desk, are very good. I'll be back.

The lowest five floors are a multi story car park and if you get back late in the evening the car park can be full. You can always find a space in the surrounding streets. They have three elevators and waiting for one to arrive can take some time - but there are armchairs by the lifts so at least you can wait in comfort.

Really good personal, they all are friendly, in this building there is no pool, but personal can organize pool's visit in another hotel. In apartments we found: new cooking panel, dryer, ironing machine and board, kitchen utensils. Quiet room, free parking places for guests, very clean apartments.

In one day one uneadequate guy who are not lived in hotel tried to get in the elevator with my wife. She threatened to call the police and he ran away. It will be better to organize guard post near the elevators.
