Very very bad experience staff was very bad and very route they threat very badly to customers… they threat customers like there sweepers and didn’t give any respect to customers.

We arrived very late night with my baby but my room is still not ready. (How can?) The lady in the reception told me they thinking we are not coming anymore. (Like what?) regardless we are coming or not, you supposed not to sell the room which was being paid already! That is the reason why we paid for that day even we know we will coming late hooijg we will have a room by the time we arrive. We ended up waiting for more time. Me and my kid was very tired from flight and the road going to hotel was closed too. Like i need to walking literally with my suitcase and my stroller on the rocky road just to reach the hotel entrance door. The room has a bad smell when u go inside. Too much noise we cannot sleep because our room is just right next to the road and they are starting very early to fix it like sround 5 or 6am! Our 4D3N stay was not pleasant. The only good thing there were the room staff who is very helpful and the location.

The rooms are small for a kind of money. There is no private parking for the hotel, only an outdoor dirt yard. The bathroom needs updating

I stayed with family for one night, the place is decent for the money, friendly staff, clean rooms. Overall, it is a good place to crash.

The furniture is a bit old. Public parking is available, and it's free, but the road and parking around the place are sand.

those pieces of little thieves charged me twice and acted like they didnt, however they claim more money which am sure uae government have given or paid but they acted weird and put rumors about me on tik tok apart from having unsafe internet with upnp vulnerabilities , not safe at all
