The furniture old , the smell was not nice on the whole apartment like there was some one smoke before, we heard noise from the washroom.

It was good to sleep overnight but not clean at all

Location is relatively close to the airport. therefore it was ok.

Our initial expectations weren’t very high, as the price was relatively cheap. However, when we arrived, we were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. We didn’t expect new furniture or fancy amenities, but basic cleanliness SHALL be within the staff’s control. Although they claimed the bed sheets had been changed, we found many hairs on the pillows and inside the bed. We asked to change rooms, but the new one had the same issue. When we requested a clean pillowcase, they gave us one—but it wasn’t clean either. In the end, we just placed our own clothes over the pillows and slept like that. At check-out, the receptionist was a bit rude. She asked us to wait while they checked the room. When we asked what exactly they planned to check, her facial expressions and tone were quite inappropriate for someone working in hospitality.

Staff were good in the reception but housekeeper wasn't good

Towel pillow bedsheet blanket all were sooooo dirty looks like doesn't washed from a long time washroom was dirty and tv room sofa was damaged looks very dirty and not enough space to sit comfortably all furniture was so bad looks like 1000 years old .. they didn't keep a bottle of water for free instead they charge me 3 aed per bottle ( small) and big bottle of water they charged 5 aed the housekeeper nepali was not able to bring me a change instead of giving me a 5 aed return he bought me a big bottle of water bad experiance i checked out early didn't stay for a night
