Did not like

I rarely leave negative feedbacks, but this is the case. There is no point in having a kitchen in the rooms (including cookers) if no saucepans or frying pans and the rest are provided. No one is going to bring their own, so the kitchen is almost useless. The breakfast is very basic. It could be acceptable, but the dinner food at the restaurant is terrible — pizzas come straight from supermarket.. The hotel’s sewer system is blocked: if you take a shower for more than a few minutes, sewage comes up through the floor drain. The cleaners listen to the radio or TV all the time they are on the floor and its ... loud. Not value for money.

The parking area is not comfortable for the drivers as it takes only 1 vehicle going in or out. The first room had broken floor tail and broken shower door The second room' bed was not comfortable as the mattress or the bed itself was very noisy The restaurant was not organised and it smelt bad around the tables

The location was good.

The A/C was very bad. It took it 2 full days to change the room temperature from 25 to 22 !?! The car park was very tight. There is no face towel. The pellows were not comfortable.

Simple apartment for Ajman, on-site restaurant, bar within walking distance

Simple but filling breakfast available in a buffet style. On-site restaurant with mostly Indian / Pakistani dishes available for dinner in the evening at very affordable rates. Ordered sandwiches to take away as meal for lunchtime as I was on a road journey during the day - they ended up being excellent sandwiches, with flavour and not filled with 'cheaper ingredients' like excessive mayonnaise. Well done to the chef. Covered parking on the bottom levels of the building - kept the car out of the hot sun. For those who like to go to a sports bar, McGettigans was a walkable distance away so easy to reach without driving.

Not so happy anymore

I have been staying in this hotel for the last 5 years for a few days every year. I am sad to see that the service level has decreased. The staff are still very friendly but the apartment itself did not satisfy me. I had to ask for normal cutlery and had to remind them twice before they brought it in. They only issue one key card whereas all hotels I have ever stayed in, issue two.

They no longer provide tea/coffee sachets in the room which is the most common free item offered by every hotel around the world. Upon asking, I was just told that we don't offer it anymore. It was very disappointing. The hotel needs maintenance. Last night of my stay there was too much noise in the hallway that I woke up several times during the night. It was like people were fighting.

Overall the hotel is kind of old Poor internet At night I can hear noise and music coming from outside I request for extra matters and it took them 40 mins to bring it I requested to clean the room but No one came The main door and toilet door is not closing properly Value of money is high
