The rooms are clean and the personal is helpful

For almost 24h it was not possible to have a shower, first there was no cold water coming out of the pipe and very limited warm water (no way to shower), then there was cold water, initially brown, but no warm water available. No information to the guests.

Very good location, polite and professional staff. When I arrived, the front desk gave me upgrade to the next room category for free! Good gym. Service in this hotel is like in the 5 stars hotels. Nearby is supermarket, laundry with a very good prices. Definitely will come back. If you are searching for the hotel in Sharja/Ajman area, then I would advise you this hotel. Room prices are very good!

Staff was very rude

Staff asked me to pay a penalty cause l was sick and vomited so the towel was a bit dirty. They forced me to pay or to call me the police

Starting from reception , Very friendly and helpful receptionist ( mr.Balu ) . Made check-in easy and fast. Always smiling and ready to fulfill any needs , The room was clean, and well organized ،، Very Comfortable bed and good lighting .. All the staff are kind and professional. They made the stay even better. Thank you Thank you all ..

Close to Sharjah Airport

Loud neighbors partying til 4am. Dirty hotel. The swimming pool had no water and was half destroyed. The receptionist was extremely unfriendly and you were made to feel unwelcome. In fact, one other guest left in disgust at his treatment.

1. the hotel did not accept any card payment. they only accept a cash !!! the took my passport with them as guarantee !!! 2. most of rooms; air condition are not working. 3. I walked up 6am because of noisy worker in the next room from hotel management!

I don’t like anything about this hotel

poor service, even they don’t have card machines to pay by card, this is 1St time I ever encountered having no card machines, unprofessional, elivator are not working properly., I choose coz it’s showing 4 * rating…. I even can’t stay more than 5 hours and decided to leave this hotel, very disappointed
