Worst stay ever.

Nothing at all.

Its damp, smelly, rundown, tired, bed sheet holes, sofa torn with holes, the mattress is completely worn out. Yesterday the fire alarm was on for almost the whole night. It kept me awake. For the whole night. Room service didnt take my bags down despite calling them. I had to bring down all three bags on my own. And again I had to take them to my car from the reception as well. There was no help. Who gave them the 4 star rating ? This is a NO STAR. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Nothing really

The place was not clean perfectly, we arrive almost at 2:30pm and the room was still not ready so they did not have enough time to prepare the apartment. Both toilets were having leakage problems and they needed maintenance. Plus no toilet paper or towels. The place was fully surrounded with mosquitoes.. We called the reception office many times for those changes but some of the things they ignored and they couldn’t fix it at the same time really it was a bad experience..

Lifeguard is rude and unprofessional.

Mary Ann, the receptionist, was kind and accommodating. Thank you! Room is cozy. Toilet is clean. Sofa is long and comforting. Washing machine dryer and refrigerator is perfect. Dining staffs are respectful and friendly.

Swimming pool; The lifeguard at the swimming pool is rude and doesn't show any form of respect. When we need to move out of the pool, he shout at my son like he owns the place. When I ask for a towel, he said no more towels! Finish! And I had to go out dripping wet from pool to our room at 5th floor. The cleaning lady at that time was in the elevator and saw me dripping. I hope you can extend the timing at the pool from 6-7 or 7:30 during the months when the day is longer since no one is swimming during the hot summer and would wait a little longer to cool down in the afternoon, before sundown. Dinning: I hope you can serve sunny side up or scrambled egg or omelet. The boiled egg is overcooked that the yolk is turning grayish/blackish. Room amenities: I hope you can provide another switch area for microwave. There is no iron and iron board, unless resquested.

Lack of kitchen needs,not enough towels,had to request extra matrass and bedding multiple times even though I indicated on our booking we need an extra matrass and that we have 2 children.
