It was not good at all.

Property is excellent but room given to us was too bad. AC was years old and making noise and ultimately i had to switch it off. Many things were missing like toiletries in wash room etc..rooms is not maintained.

Rooms need to properly organized and cleanliness should be ensured

nothing, i spent most of my time outside that place

door broken, dirt everywhere, uncleaned bed with ink, broken small fridge, broken phone can't even call reception, the villa full of dust, blocked sink, broken WC, rust everywhere... even don't have proper bag carrier with proper cover to Protech your bag from dust and rain, they don't even wipe the floor after calling them to clean.

Receptionist arranged taxi to bus station after check-out Maintenance was called for leaking ac above the bed

The telephone not working in the room made it difficult to contact reception There was a water leak from the wash basin everytime using it causing the floor to be wet Poor selection of English tv channels Jacuzzi was closed No breakfast buffet, restaurant had lights off at the time for breakfast, coffee came with breakfast instead of before, I was not asked how I like my eggs No proper seating and chairs for outside on the balcony No coffee in room only tea when ordering was not asked if I wanted cold milk No water bottles given when room was cleaned Restaurant wasn't able to give requested items from the menu even though I called 11pm and they were closing 12 am

Everything was wrong about his property ,rooms and furniture too old and not maintained,walls very dirty and doors have cracks .Tiles look very bad ,

Customer service sucked to the fullest ,it made me feel like I was racially discriminated,some rooms had the things that mine ddnt have simple things like towels ,I had to complain for hours and they still wouldn’t Help me until I went to shout at the receptionist ,we had to change the room .This was the worst hotel and hotel service I have ever had my whole life ..And it was was expensive considering the price it charged ,it was very poor

Hope this message finds you well With broken heart,Ashamed and disappointed Me and my wife together writing this… Not giving rating for the corresponding date stay Actually writing this to make you know that we both faced on the next stay booked there Exact date 24-06-2025 time 02:50AM in between the fear of war a couple approaches your stay late night,instead of asking atleast hai sir good morning he just told your check in time is at 2pm nothing we can do on that approach yourself to booking.com and change the arrival time,I asked the guy how to do it brother and his reply was you can look and find by yourself…or else pay again cash and take fresh booking…. And i started checking by myself but team customer service for booking.com never responded….for clarity reference all the screenshots im attaching below This was the conversation happened there hope that surveillance system has audio recording facility…. Again politely asked is there any way i can stay please coz my wife is also tired,receptionist said free rooms are there but nothing we can do,and security told loudly this is not Pakistan or india this is uae paisa chaayiye…. Yes we knows this is uae, but the uae which we knows never talk to a family shamelessly like what they did.. This is the land where people respect each other So it’s my family’s request please find this two guys My wife pulled me towards door by crying let’s leave And we didn’t noticed that Guys names By the references I given check assigned staff on that date and atleast make them know me and my wife ashamed and disrespected as what they aimed… Atleast respect ladies All past 4 bookings which we had with verona attachments are given

I don't feel comfortable and also the room once we entered it's smell cigarette.

Only the looks

Don't like anything especially the ambiance. It gives me and I felt bad energy. We cam at 2pm and checked out at 9:30pm. we cannot stay like that. also we've got an headache and vomit for multiple times because of the smell. the bed sheets I ensure it didn't replace. all the dirts is there. Also there is no separate pools for children and adults. I dont have any photos to share. because we didn't enjoy. also the pillow has blood on it. for sure it came from previous customer.

Disappointing

The fact of not having a real bed for babies is very disturbing. The model available was too old and too small, not adapted to everybody needs. We were forced to ask for it three times, even when it was promised to us, it was 11pm and we still didnt have it. A real baby crib should be offered.
