A comfortable stay overall, though the dated room déco,

We stayed at Hotel Villa San Francisco in Marbella and found the accommodations comfortable, with private bathrooms, balconies, and all the essential amenities. The rooms include a TV, wardrobe, and free WiFi, which made the stay easy and relaxed. That said, the décor does feel a little dated, and a refresh would really elevate the overall experience. The hotel grounds are pleasant, with a garden and terrace available for guests to unwind although the weather meant we did not get to experience this. Apparently their was a bar and a coffee shop listed among the facilities, but unfortunately neither was open during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. On the positive side, the free on‑site private parking, was very convenient. Breakfast in the morning was a simple continental selection with juice, cheese, and fruit, which was perfectly adequate to start the day.

Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly basics, though a few updates and more consistent access to the advertised facilities would make it even better.

A little gen in the hills behind Marbella

It was lovely and peaceful, with a lovely continental breakfast. It is managed by an amiable host, who makes you feel very welcome and comfortable. If it is peace and privacy you want, then this is the place. It might be difficult to find, but once you know, you can either shop at Las Canada or visit Marbella. If you like rural Spain, then you can take the Ojen Road up the mountains. There is also free parking available.

A wonderful stay overall, with excellent service, cleanliness, and breakfast

The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help, which created a very welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless and clearly well cared for, which made it very comfortable to come back to after a long day. The shower was a pleasant surprise, offering multiple functions and a far better experience than most hotels. The breakfast was a highlight of our stay: varied, plentiful, and delicious, setting us up perfectly for the day.

The only thing I missed was having a proper duvet on the bed. A blanket was provided, but a duvet would have made the sleep experience warmer and cozier.

Don't go there....

We booked a night at this hotel for €178, hoping for a relaxing stay. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment from the start. The access road is extremely narrow and feels more like the path to a haunted castle than a welcoming resort. The room had no view, and the window shutters were broken. The owners were overly controlling, especially when it came to parking. There were no marked lines, and we were treated rudely for simply trying to park. Even on the balcony, we felt watched and uncomfortable due to unfriendly stares from staff. We ended up leaving the hotel the same day and drove five hours back to Portugal. For the price, this was not value for money. We've stayed in 4-star hotels in Budapest for much less, with far better service and amenities. Sadly, this experience left us with a negative impression of both the hotel and the surrounding area.

Même si c'est petit et limité, l'hôtel dispose d'un stationnement inclus dans le prix.

Très difficile de trouver l'hôtel. hôtel ressemblant plus à un gîte qu'à un hôtel et chambre manquant un peu de fonctionnalités ( prise électrique / USB etc...)

La personne de l'accueil était très sympathique parking privé juste à l'entrée du bâtiment chambre et salle de bain de bonne taille avec grande terrasse avec table et chaise.

Rien ne pourrait être amélioré puisque le défaut majeur de cet établissement est d'être situé en bordure immédiate d'une 4 voie très fréquentée, le bruit est donc incessant. La terrasse est totalement inutilisable sans bouchon d'oreille. S'y ajoute le bruit des voisins dans les chambres adjacentes, de ceux des voisins qui écoutent de la musique à fond en prenant leur douche ou simplement leurs discussions.

Bonito hotel en Marbella

La ubicación del hotel está bien aunque es necesario coche para desplazarte porque está en el extrarradio de Marbella, al otro lado de la autovía. La habitación y las camas cómodas. El aire acondicionado funcionaba de maravilla. Fue muy amable el chico de recepción.

Se salía el agua de la ducha y formaba un charco en el suelo del baño y la alcachofa un poco antigua, está oxidada.

Muy agradable y familiar, en una edificación típica Andaluza.

El hotel viene a ser una casa de campo, con todo su encanto. Los espacios comunes son encantadores, tiene una chimenea preciosa que en invierno será muy acogedor. La habitación es muy adecuada y el baño muy amplio, No tiene extras pero es un hotel boutique de 3 estrellas. Mucho mejor que cualquier hotel de cadena de la misma categoría. La ubicación es perfecta. Fuera del bullicio de Marbella pero a 10 minutos en coche del centro, y al lado de un complejo comercial muy bonito y con todo, incluso supermercado y gasolinera. El personal muy agradable

Schönes Haus in den Bergen mit tollem Ausblick

Schönes Haus etwas außerhalb mit tollen Ausblick. Durch die dezentrale Lage empfiehlt sich eine Anreise mit dem Auto, die aber über eine schmale Bergstraße führt. Dafür gibt es aber Parkmöglichkeiten. Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht da, sodass wir nicht das volle Angebot des Hotels ausschöpfen konnten.

El entorno natural es lindo y es muy tranquilo. Da un poco de desconfianza el camino para llegar. Da la sensación que te equivocaste de ruta. Franklin muy agradable y atento.

La ubicación. Dice a 1,1 km de la playa y el centro pero la misma es en línea recta (la distancia real no es menor a 3,5 km) Para llegar hay que cruzar autopistas, imposible hacerlo caminando
