MOULDY, INFESTED WITH ANTS AND A NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR LONE FEMALE GUESTS

The staff were really friendly. The location was also okay.

Sadly I got less than an hours sleep every night due to paperthin walls and screaming from other visitors. As a solo female traveller I felt incredibly vulnerable due to lots of men shouting slamming doors and running up and down the corridor. They were also smoking weed. The hotel was also infested with ants and the room smells of mould. It was absolutely freezing too. I emailed the hotel to express that the noise from the other visitors throughout the Night was unacceptable and that as a female traveller I felt incredibly vulnerable however no assistance was offered.

Kitchen was not really equiped. There was like one knife, spoon & a fork. Just one pan & one pot.

Room was not ready was ready for 1530 No reception staff No notice to say message on what’s app the number given but to call which did not get answered. Cleaner told us to what’s app the number. Had to wait for someone to come out the property to get access to cleaner to ask.

Disgusting.

Do not stay here. The room was disgusting and so small you could barely walk in it. The bathroom was also ridiculously small that you could not even move to dry yourself. The bed sheets were stained. The walls were filthy and covered in severe water damage on the roof. The air conditioning did not work as it appeared to be broken and causing the water damage. There was then a leak from the roof onto one of our beds leaving it soaking wet and I sleep able. We contacted staff multiple times via message and call (because there was never anyone at reception to talk face to face), and they did not want to help us and said there was nothing they could do. Terrible accommodation and terrible service. I bet they wouldn’t stay in a room like that so the fact they charge so much money for it is astounding. The accommodation and Booking.com refuse to refund and have since ignored contact from my initial complaint.

It had good access to cafes and some small supermarkets and shops.

Building work going on, drilling, loud machinery all day so not great for people who work muchas like myself or anyone with babies small children that need to use their room during the day. This should have been communicated to me before I booked. Sand and building dust everywhere. Key card wouldn’t work to the main gate, it took about 10 minutes of trying to get in. (No it was not kept near a phone)

Well apparently it’s a value of money )) I wanted to save and spend there 1 night , but took a lesson don’t save the money on your comfort 😁 I’ll recommend it if it’s only really really cheap and for people with this max budget . Otherwise- avoid please

The location of the hostal is not too far away from the beach and close to the old town.

The toilet was leaking why the bathroom floor was wet constantly. The sewage from the shower and the bathroom sink was almost blocked. The shower doors were not mounted correctly, and I had to fix them before using the shower.

Good location within short proximity of the beach. Very simple and decent value for money.

The rooms were not very clean. The walls had questionable marks on them, there were many hairs in my room which didn’t belong to me and there was a lot of limescale build up around the outside of the shower. The bed wasn’t comfortable. No lifts, only stairs.

Het was proper ,hadden frigo,het voldeed perfect aan zijn prijsklasse.Het was op 3 minuten lopen van de oude stad( prachtig) en met de step 3 min van zee.De prijs die ze behaalden in 2024( beste hotel Marbella in die klasse) is terecht.Personeel zeer vriendelijk!Waren in Marbella voor Wk Ironman maar volgende keer boeken we dit hotelletje zeker terug!

Il personale in particolare Maria molto gentile e attenta alle richieste, grazie a lei il soggiorno è stato migliore, nella stanza assegnata c'era la doccia che nn andava e Maria è stata subito disponibile a cambiarla

La camera che è in foto esiste ma nn l'affitto al prezzo indicato su booking, sono tornato in stanza alle 14.30 ho trovato la signora delle pulizie senza essere avvertito

La presión del agua.

Absolutamente nada, muebles viejos, parecían recogidos de la calle, descascarillados, el mueble del baño con humedades, la cama chilla con respirar, hay una nevera que hace un ruido tremendo, puesta en una de las puertas del armario por lo que el armario no puede abrirse correctamente. No hay ascensor, el check-in no es hasta las 23:00 como pone en Booking, me atendieron por teléfono recalcándome que era hasta las 19:00. (En booking pone hasta las 23:00). No dejaron colchas ni mantas en la habitación, en recepción no había nadie por lo que tuve que dormir con mi ropa. La limpieza/higiene mal, la ducha tiene una alfombrilla que nunca sabré cuántos usos tenía. Aparcar es muy difícil allí por lo que moverse en coche se hace imposible una vez has conseguido aparcamiento… el peor alojamiento en el que he estado nunca.

A localização era excelente, a limpeza também (numa estadia de 6 noites limparam o nosso quarto 3 vezes). O hotel cheira super bem. As funcionárias foram sempre prestáveis

A cama não era muito confortável, o quarto não tinha mesas de cabeceira e era pequeno e tinha objetos partidos (o candeeiro e a porta do móvel da casa de banho)

Suciedad por todos lados. Sin ascensor siendo la tercera planta donde me alojaba. Sin personal en la recepción casi todo el día. No volveré a repetir.
