Reasonable pricing beginning of November for a hotel located directly at the sea walk. What I don’t like: everyone must enter via a tablet the own data including name, address, email, phone number,….in parallel with a copy of an ID. Is this the 2025 check in service topped with “latest” IT technology? And why shall I provide my phone number and email address? To get additional spam in the future?

Rates as a 4 star hotel, but standard is 2 star. Bad comfort in beds, chairs, sofas. Could hear everything the neighbors did, including going to the toilet. Public area is stained, dirty, shabby, old. Luggade room is not locked. We got a dark, shady room on the first floor. The view tas horrible. Big boxes with trash outside the windows. Some left big constriction bars of steel outside the dark balcony. Will never ever return or recommend to anyone.

Very friendly staff, very helpful and they take the time to help you in all your needs. Paco at the front desk was great! He explained in detailed any question we might have. Even though hotel is old, they have it in good condition and clean. I did not give the 5 stars because of the fact they don’t have parking and you have to either park on the street (hard to find a place) or at a parking garage in the side (quite expensive)

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is dated, and coule use some upgrades. Since it is an older building, there is no sound proofing, so you will hear your neighbours. There are ants, so best to keep all items off the ground. Hotel is close to the boardwalk and amenities. Does not have any beach front lounges, so you have to go to pubic shared spaces(very rocky). Also currently there is construction happening in the building attached, and the noise starts early and made our balcony quite dusty. We did not use our balcony much though, as water view was a very small view to the side of our balcony. Lots of places to eat close by, old town Marbella is very close walking distance. Location is great.

I have been staying here for many years and the location in Marbella cannot be beaten. Easy walk to beautiful old town and right on the beach. The hotel has been recently taken over by the Ona group and the price has increased considerably. Unfortunately there has been no discernible quality improvements to justify the increase. This is a shame …….lets see what happens?

There was building work going on both sides of the hotel and underneath. We were put on the first floor and the noise & disturbance was horrendous. They moved us to the 5th floor but it was still very bad. We have stayed here many times but really the hotel should have notified us how bad it was. Not a pleasant stay this time

There was building work going on next door drilling from 8:30-6 so very noisy (you couldn’t sit on balcony) and walls very thin so could hear neighbours talking & coughing. Reception did not tell us that we had to pay for the safe until we went to say we couldn’t get it to work. In a good position for old town and the front promenade and car park next door.

More like 1-2stars than whatever they’re selling. I booked a week for myself and my daughter. We were put in a room on a 2nd floor on the side. The whole floor looked like it had not been cleaned in months. Disgusting. Our door was jammed so we could barely open/close it. Someone had wiped their nose on the wall next to the bed - not cleaned. Beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. Bedding is orange old musty fleece that looks like it hasn’t been washed in months. Walls are paper thin! You can hear everything your neighbor says or does. A guy next door had “payed company” the 1st night of our stay. This is not an assumption, this is a fact since I heard everything. Thank god my daughter was sleeping and didn’t wake up but I heard EVERYTHING! The bargain and the disgusting stuff that followed. They gave us another room on the other side of the building next day. 3rd floor was a bit nicer and cleaner. The front desk said that where we were put first, is known to be a little sketchy… my question is; why on earth put a mother and young child there then when there were lots of rooms available anyways?!? This was off-season. Location is great and staff is friendly, but we obviously will not be returning this hotel ever again!

Closer to 2 stars than 4. Roof terrace , pool, sunbeds and bar not available due to maintenance, not communicated to us in advance. Lift are below capacity, rooms are narrow, beds are hard, and bathroom is cold. Location in Marbella is perfect and breakfast as expected

Rather disappointing that there was no way to grab a bite and a drink in the hotel. We tried to go to the Irish Pub, which we thought was part of the hotel. But after having to go outside of the hotel (in the rain) and up an outside (uncovered) stairway (no elevator or even a ramp) we discovered they were already closed (maybe between 7 and 8:00)! However, if our room was any closer to the water, we would have gotten wet🤗. And the staff was delightful, especially Mercedes😘
