Accommodation with an excellent location on the edge of the very center of old Marbella. Pleasant and helpful staff. A short walk to the city center with nice restaurants. It's also a few minutes walk to the sea.
Old interior furnishings in the rooms and a very uncomfortable bathroom. The old, worn and unattractive bathtub would be a good idea to replace with a shower cubicle.

Location of the hotel is excellent, just few metres to the old town. There are several small supermarkets nearby. It is easy to reach beach and bus station on foot. There is no breakfast in a hotel, but it was no problem for us. The view from the window of our room was wonderful - straight to the tower and walls of Moorish citadel.

Excellent location in the Old Town & short walk to beach areas, public transportation.
Thin walls & ceiling, sounded like furniture being moved around late evening, early morning. As other reviewers have mentioned, breakfast was uninspiring, same every day. For first timers in Marbella, had higher expectations given the clientele, especially since it's family owned and run. I appreciate that it's been a long summer tourist season, but positive customer service & interactions usually result in more positive reviews & repeat guests...
