bed bugs and they don’t care

not much to like, i was bitten by bed bugs. location is in the centre

I got a room with a sharing door with the neighbors. It sounded like they were physically in my room as I was trying to sleep. I don’t think those rooms should be rented to people that don’t know each other. Unfortunately for me, my neighbors did not go to sleep until 4 in the morning. At this time I felt my back itch, I turned on the light and saw bed bugs around my pillow. When I went downstairs to get another room, I was offered bug spray and new sheets. When I said I cannot sleep in that bed as I know they will be all in the mattress, I was giving the dark apartment of people that had not shown up yet, as the hotel was fully booked. I did not want that apartment, but it was the only thing available. I wanted to change the next day but was told to stay there. I wanted a refund for my horrible night, I was told to sent an email as the manager needs to approve. I have sent 2 mails, 2 different ways and they are being ignored for over a week now.

Location was great. Staff were lovely. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Great coffee. Loved the watermelon. Pool was nice.

No tea and coffee facilities in room, i.e. no kettle in room. Be able to rent towels for beach not just pool. More parasols to shade from sun at roof top pool.

A hotel with pool on the roof with good location

Good location fairly close to the beach and especially to the old town. Very quiet room (8th floor). Hotel had its own parking hall which was nice. Equipped kitchenette with fridge. A big balcony with limited sea view. A pool and sun area on the roof.

There were no sun umbrellas on the sun / pool area. Bathroom had only glass door which wasn't lockable.

Good hotel close to the old town.

The property was in a good location for the old town and only a short walk to the beachfront. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Great location and good value for money with helpful staff.

Great location and good value for money. The lady who runs the breakfast area in the morning was lovely. Very happy and helpful and went above and beyond to provide gluten free bread for one of our party and hot soy milk for coffee for another due to allergies / intolerance. She is a credit to the hotel. Also the lady that cleaned the room every day was very cheerful and did a great job

The only thing that could be improved on would be better security in terms of making sure guests respect other guests peace and quiet. Every night at around 11pm and then in the early hours we had very noisy guests on our floor playing loud music and shouting and banging doors etc. would be nice if the hotel enforced a little respect for other people staying in the hotel who are not up all night partying.

Lovely Hotel, great staff and central location!

The hotel is very centrally located, 5 min walk to the beach and only a 5 minute walk to Old Town Marbella. The hotel is lovely, room was nice and clean, air con was great and rooms were cleaned everyday. The reception team are outstanding, really friendly and accommodating, they allowed us store our rental bikes in a room in the hotel and also held our luggage on the last day for a few hours, they were so helpful.

Fantastic Stay

Had a really fantastic 3 nights stay here, the location are excellent both to old town and the beach. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The room are big and spacious which didn't expect that at all from the look on the outside. Good size pool and view. So far very happy with everything there. We will definitely come back here again.

My bed was a little bit soft for me. Breakfast is OK, could add more options with hot food.

Great hotel for a short stay

Very nice hotel for a short stay in Marbella. Good location close to the city center and the beach. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good, not a lot of options, but fresh and tasty. They have private parking, but you can park on the street nearby as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Value for money is excellent. Overall, we would recommend Ona Marbella Inn.

The mattresses and pillows leave much to be desired.

Great place for staying in Marbella

Very good, simple but clean and comfortable hotel. I had a very nice week staying here! Very good location, right in the city center, close to the beach and has a nice pool on a rooftop. Very friendly and always helpful staff. Hope to be back soon :)

There was no such thing:) wifi sometimes was a bit weak for work calls, but it was not a problem since very nearby there is a Santander work cafe where you can work for free!

The room was a bit dark and the lighting was inadequate. Also it can be hard to find parking, the hotel offers some parking but it was full in our case.

Front desk was nice !

Very bad . The older woman who worked on Thursday the 20th was very rude to me . Did not offer any explanation at all . I refused to stay &!suggested that she should smile more . She has no sense of the word hospitality.
