Todo estaba muy limpio y era muy moderno/nuevo. Alessandro fue muy amable y servicial. Excelente relación calidad/precio.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e posizione davvero molto comoda per chi si muove in treno o con i mezzi. I due bagni (uno solo con la doccia) sono sufficienti per le quattro stanze della struttura. Molto apprezzata la tv su tutta la parete del soggiorno che si può utilizzare per guardarsi un bel film

Good location

There are 5 rooms (I think 2 double, 1 triple & 2 single) with potentially 9 people with only one shower… there are 2 toilets but this is not enough. Insufficient cooking utensils & crockery & cutlery. There is a dishwasher but due to the insufficiency of crocks it was not realistic to use it & you have to rely on other guests washing up after themselves which they rarely do. None of the rubbish was emptied when we arrived & it all just got fuller during our stay. It seems very much a big money making enterprise - we were delayed due to no fault of our own & we had to pay an extra 20€ for him to let us in. First time this has ever happened to us.
