I didn't stay. I ran away
In the evening I was looking for a room with a bathroom just to sleep overnight. I waited for hours. There was no contact person and no response from the listed phone numbers. In front of the property, a man who was leaving by chance called someone else, who came, checked, and gave me the key. They were kind, but we met purely by chance. The room and bathroom had no heating, there was no blanket, only a cover for protection, and there was hair near the pillow. I have never had an experience like this. I feel deceived

I won’t come back, too expensive, and definitely needs some renovation, can’t host guests in such conditions!
The position was good (not central but near the station), even tho it was not worth it.
The facility was not decent in our opinion, locks were all really bad, the room one was attached with tape and the bathroom one was falling out of the door, the room wasn’t up to our expectations, the door couldn’t lock, the key battery was almost dead and the door kept reminding us to charge it, we were almost locked out from the room and you could hear whatever was happening in the other guests room, since the rooms have communicating doors. The bathroom (without the bidet and without soap), despite being separate from the room, was supposed to be private for us, but at our arrival we found it open, and already used by other guests. Lastly, the night was really cold, the radiator was turned off, and the blankets weren’t enough.

Paid but Never Entered – No Access Code Sent, No Response from the owner
NOTHING!
I had a very disappointing experience with this place. I booked my accommodation in advance, but upon arrival, I was unable to access the room because the owner never sent me the door access code. I tried contacting him through all three phone numbers provided via Booking.com, as well as through the Booking.com messaging system, and through Whatsapp, but received no response. I had sent my check-in time from 10 to 11 PM, which the owner approved, but I arrived there at 10:30 PM and then I couldn't get inside. After waiting for a bit less than an hour without any reply, I had no choice but to leave and pay for accommodation elsewhere. It was already 11:20 PM, and I didn’t want to risk being left without a safe and affordable place to stay at such a late hour.
About 30 minutes after I had already left and paid for another place, the owner finally called me—but by then it was too late because I already paid again for accommodation.
Later, I checked the reviews on Google and found that several other guests had reported similar experiences. It seems this is not an isolated incident, but a recurring issue. This pattern suggests the owner may be deliberately neglecting guests, and it’s unacceptable that this continues to happen.

Still not worth the money.
Near the train station. Self check in.
Self check in needs improvement. They didn’t tell us to put a “#” in front and at the end of the code to walk in the apartment, it was quite annoying when we couldn’t understand.
No soundproof at all. There was a family in the room in front of us with a baby who cried all night and all morning, it was like they were in the room with us. Because of this we felt no sense of privacy.
The bathroom was small and uncomfortably narrow, and there was no bidet as well.
We didn’t feel safe, the door to our room definitely needs to be updated, as it is really old and looked fragile.

I booked apartment in Via Cecilia de Ritmeyer 14 but after arrival I was sent to another address and instead of nice and cozy one bedroom apartment I got a room with glass doors, no hot water in the bathroom and pillows so stinky I couldn't fall asleep for couple of hours due to the odor, at the end I had to sleep without pillow. Bed is put together out of foam and topper mattress and it was awful to sleep in. Lights in the hallway was pretty much always on so I needed to get up every now and then and switch it of because other guests don't know how to behave in shared apartment with the lights and laughter and screaming till 2am. To cut a long story short if you want to rest and have a bath AVOID this place.

Хостел находится недалеко от железнодорожного и автобусного вокзалов и от центральной части города. Номер был большой и чистый. Был гель для душа, туалетная бумага и несколько полотенец. Удобная кровать. Есть шкаф для одежды.
В хостеле старый паркетный пол и он сильно скрипит. Очень неплотные двери в номера, поэтому очень высокая слышимость (слышно, когда кто-то идёт по коридору или разговаривает в соседнем номере). Это мешает спать. Общий холодильник очень маленький и старый (его давно не мыли). Есть электрический чайник, но нет другой общей посуды. Нет микроволновой печи. В раковине туалета очень короткий кран, поэтому неудобно мыть руки. Окно на улицу закрывается неплотно.

Pokój niczym nie przypominał tego, który został zarezerwowany. Za taką cenę to była ruina, nie dało się zamknąć okna, przez to co w pokoju były robaki. W lodówce pleśń, nie dało się trzymać jedzenia, "kuchnia" to stary czajnik i brudne kubki. Drzwi do pokoju na tyle cienkie i nieszczelne, że było słychać każdy hałas. Był to pokój tylko do spania, ale nigdy więcej, niech was nie zwiedzie gwiazdka booking, bo obiekt to totalna porażka

Dobra lokalita, blizko centra, tramvaje c.2 do Opicine, vlakoveho i autobusoveho nadrazi. Prostorny pokoj s vlastni koupelnou i kdyz mimo pokoj, dobra wifi, rucniky a toaletni potreby.
Matrace byla na muj vkus moc meka s vysokymi polstari, pokoj ma jeden slaby stolni ventilator, ktery foukal cca 1m pred sebe, v techto 30+ vederech bylo na pokoji hrozne. Diky 4p tam sviti slunicko skoro furt. V koupelne vypadava boiler, tedy tepla voda byl zazrak, kdyz to fungovalo. Slo spatne zavirat koupelnu kvuli uvolnenemu kovani kliky, muselo se opatrne, aby nezustala klika v ruce s kouskem dveri, po urgenci byla slibena oprava, ale nestalo se. Ve spolecne mistnustce byla mala lednice, ktera byla odpojena plna spiny a plisne, hnus.

Bagno sporco di feci e pessima comuincazione
L'unica cosa che mi è piaciuta è stata la vicinanza alla stazione.
Quando sono arrivata ho dovuto aspettare più di 10 minuti che l'host mi rispondesse al telefono. Aspettando alle 19:00 di sera fuori il portone del palazzo con i bagagli in mano,già questo è indice di scarsa professionalità.
Entro nella stanza la quale non figura nelle foto caricate qua sul sito, è buia, la luce è appena sufficiente, ma questo non è un problema eccessivo (è solo un aspetto negativo che si aggiunge a tutti gli altri)
Ad una finestra mancava il vetro, il sapone per le mani era rotto ed assente. Per 3 notti (la terza mi avrebbe dovuta raggiungere anche il mio ragazzo), avevo solo a disposizione 2 bustine di doccia shampoo, che ho dovuto utilizzare per lavare le mani.
La cosa peggiore è stato trovare il porta rotolo di cartaigienica sporco di feci...
Ma non è finita qua, ho avuto problemi con la caldaia l'acqua calda durava soltanto pochi minuti ed il tempo non è stato sufficiente a lavare i capelli, ho dovuto arrangiarmi con l'acqua gelata perché non è venuto nessuno in tempi rapidi ad aiutarmi (ho atteso più di un'ora).
Come se non bastasse non sono riuscita ad utilizzare nemmeno il phon, la corrente saltava in continuazione in tutto lo stabile, se lo accendevo...sono uscita con i capelli bagnati.
Sotto il letto c'erano rifiuti di altre persone, quindi la stanza deduco non fosse stata pulita prima del mio arrivo.
Parliamo della comunicazione con l'host.
Anche questa non ha rispettato gli standard, i primi 2 giorni non ho ricevuto risposta nè alle chiamate, nè ai messaggi. Solo il terzo giorno è stato un po' più attivo, ma era il minimo avendogli mandato la foto del rotolo sporco. Ha risolto in parte i problemi, ma non in tempi brevi. Per altre cose ho dovuto arrangiarmi.
Ah un'ultima cosa sul deposito bagagli, non me la sono sentita di lasciare i miei effetti personali alla merce di chiunque passasse nell'appartamento.

Ideale per brevi soggiorni a Trieste
Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti all'affittacamere Guerrero Jr. e ci siamo trovati bene. La struttura è semplice, senza troppe pretese, ma perfetta per chi ha bisogno solo di un posto dove dormire per qualche giorno. La camera era pulita e silenziosa, il bagno è esterno ma privato, un po’ piccolo ma funzionale. Il punto forte è sicuramente la posizione: centralissima e comoda per visitare Trieste a piedi. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo per brevi soggiorni.
Ci sono alcuni piccoli aspetti che si potrebbero migliorare, come l'aggiunta di un appendi-asciugamano in bagno e magari una macchinetta per il caffè/latte, oltre al bollitore e al fornetto già presenti. Nel complesso, comunque, buon rapporto qualità/prezzo per brevi soggiorni.

Camera davvero inaccettabile per quello che si è pagato ..serramenti rotti , biancheria super scadente ,letto scomodissimo che ci sprofondi dentro , una puzza acre .vi dico solo che noi abbiamo dormito sopra le coperte e vestiti . in più durante la notte avevamo gente che correva nel corridoio . È stata una pessima esperienza .

Sono stata una notte e onestamente mi è bastato. Un odore terribile non solo in stanza ma anche nella struttura. Letto scomodo in cui si affondava, bagno con calcare ovunque.
Ospiti delle altre stanze al limite del ribrezzo, sentivo gente che ruttava, sputava. Purtroppo dalle stanze si sente assolutamente tutto.
Credo che tutta la struttura abbia bisogno di una buona manutenzione. € 50 per una stanza a notte è assolutamente troppo.

Wir sind sofort am selben Abend noch abgereist, weil das Zimmer extrem gestunken hat. Nach kaltem Rauch,muffig und mit billigem Parfum und Rächerstäbchen versucht die Gerüche zu überdecken.
Generell, haben wir uns extrem unwohl in dem Zimmer gefühlt, wir wollten einfach nur gleich wieder weg.
Die Bettwäsche hatte keinen Überzug - das geht GARNICHT!
Das Licht wirkte wie einer Drogenhöhle..
Da wir sofort wieder ausgecheckt haben, möchte ich das Geld rückerstattet bekommen!
