Breakfast service and staff were kind with delicious food
The room smelled like excrement human waste even with open windows. Toilet would not flush completely. Cabinet doors did not close. The blanket had stains on it and the bed was hard and uncomfortable..

The hotel met all our expectations. In addition to the friendly staff, who were accommodating and met our requests, the hotel's location is at a perfect distance to visit all the sights of Trieste.
The insulation in the room wasn't the best, we were woken up in the morning by other guests talking loudly in the hallway.

very central
rooms are very old and dated and not looked after properly, cleaning staff just walk into your room without knocking and start cleaning very early in the hallway making so much noise and playing music on their phone, cant get a holiday lie-in at all.
