The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was excellent, close to the city center, shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Check-in was easy, and the communication with Roxy was friendly, professional, and very helpful.
The water pressure in the bathroom was a little weak, and the hot water ran out quite quickly during longer showers. The towels could have been replaced after the second night, and there was some noise from the upstairs neighbors and early morning maintenance work outside the building on one day.

Bien situé, confortable, l’accès à la cuisine, la machine à café, la propreté, les équipements, la décoration, l’accueil très sympathique
Les rideaux occultants n’occultent pas suffisamment L’absence d’isolation phonique avec la chambre d’à côté, une simple porte intérieure les séparant, et une voisine très bruyante : retour avec des amis le soir très tard , discussions bruyantes et nombreux éclats de rire malgré ma demande de modération, idem la seconde nuit , puis en milieu de nuit coït extrêmement bruyant.
