The house is in a quiet & peaceful location and only a 15 minute walk into Town.
Good views of the surrounding area.
Very good WiFi and all the facilities you need.
Minor issues.
The decor could do with a little touch up.
I found the double mattress slightly uncomfortable.

There was plenty of room to be comfortable with everyone having both their own space and room to visit together. As I'm disabled, it was good that everything was all on one floor.
The steep steps into the property. We could have used more towels and loo roll.

Comfortable, homely property. Well appointed facilities including new kitchen and dining area. Good location to visit other areas of the Lake District. Good communication from host. Recommend for a family stay.
Nothing to dislike but the stairs are steep to the property so not suitable for those with mobility issues. Although if you can make it up them the property is all on one level .
