We liked the central location, the cosiness, the size, hot tub, bbq, parking, peaceful and well equipped.
That it's on a main road and we couldn't walk the dogs without taking the car. The main bed was very uncomfortable and the door to the stairs was tricky for the kids.

Loads of parking available for multiple vehicles, the garden was great very peaceful and private. The hot tub and BBQ were great extras to use at your convenience. The rooms were well proportioned, and ample room to entertain large families.
The road to enter is very busy, which ment that a car had to used to take dogs for walks but we did find a nice walk just over the road up the lane towards the camp site.

Liked the hot tub and the quirky 1600s building
In need of a bit of TLC, equipment is old and well used. When we got there we messaged the host to tell them what had been left dirty so they knew it wasn't from us and they responded straight away which was good.

Ideal location being close but not too close to Windermere lake. Kitchen well equipped and great use of the hot tub.
