Clean budget hotel with excellent location with beach across the road

Location just 50m from the beach. Its quiet during the day and you do hear some noise from the bars on an evening but none of them are late bars so quiet again by 11pm. Its a no frills hotel but the beds are comfortable and the AC works well

First line to the sea. Lucky it was calm and no food smells comes to the room, and The cleaning lady was kind and also gave me a basin to wash my clothes. Cleaning was done on the second day of our 5-day stay, and the bed linen was changed, which was a pleasant surprise.

Price in the high season😂 I wish this place gives little shower gels and shampoo.

Perfect location and amazing shower!

The location is ideal for Ksamil. A 2 minute walk to the beaches and right in the center of the restaurants. I travelled solo and found the location ideal for everything. The owner of the apartments allowed me to extend my stay and check in was very straightforward.

The only thing that bothered me during the stay was because I was on the ground floor. It allowed for ants in the apartment a couple of nights, which I had to try and kill with bug spray.

Great location but basic stay

Great location. Right in the centre of the shops & restaurants. A short walk to multiple beautiful beaches.

Shower sprayed everywhere. There is parking but people park behind, so you have to wait for the lady to call the people who own the cars before you’re able to get out. Quite basic room.

The location was amazing. Pretty perfect for easy immediate access to all the good local beaches. Nearest one is across the road and others all within a pretty short stroll through the town. Shops and restaurants also all nearby and all around the location. The place was really clean and the beds were decent and comfy. It has a pretty nice shower room and they provided towels and a couple of shower gels which was a helpful touch. Fridge in there if we needed it and possible to cook your own food on a hot plate. Thing is, this was all for 90€ for 3 nights. So was it luxury? No, but we knew that. We just wanted a comfortable well located cheap stay and it really felt like excellent value for money in that sense. 10/10 on that basis. Has loads of parking available on the property really easily too.

There wasn't anything I would say I didn't like overall but a couple of things would have made the stay even better which perhaps wouldn't mean the overall cost has to increase. There were no curtains or blinds so it got light in the morning. The shower room was set up as one of those walk in styles. It was quite nice but did the classic thing of spraying water further afield than you would like. Luckily I thought ahead and moved the toilet roll away. If I hadn't it would have got drenched. A shower screen might be a good idea in this case. The lady who seems to manage the property was very responsive and good to deal with through the booking.com app. She was there waiting as we arrived which probably meant she may have been waiting for at least half an hour given the time window we gave. So fair play that was very good. She could have been a bit more friendly to help make us feel more welcome and show us around but perhaps not everyone would think like me on that..she was at least polite and to the point, no issues. For anyone who just wants an affordable, clean and well maintained place to stay, lay their head comfortably, and plans to mostly be out and about etc, this really is a great place for that. The location was really great and value for money was really good.

Amazing balcony and view

Right opposite a beach, walking distance from the bus stop in the centre. Extremely clean, light apartment felt safe and has heaters for warmth. Friendly owners and amazing view. Thank you

Great rate for off season stay!

Great location! Nice, clean facilities.

No one at the property, no signage. Could not contact them by phone or message. Some passerby helped but I still waited an hour for access. I then had to prove the room booked as the lady was offering a different room from what was offered & booked online. Even then it was not what I booked (albeit at a very good off season rate, don’t advertise what is not provided. There was no one else there!). Never saw anybody after that! Tip: send access instructions via message if you can’t be there. Others do… Plugs were in useless place ( halfway up wall with no proper table). Could not plug in kettle provided.

Ferienwohnung mit einem schönen Ausblick auf des Meer.

Die Wohnung liegt genau gegenüber vom Strand. Man hatte einen schönen Meerblick. Schlüsselübergabe klappte sehr gut. Zuerst sollten wir die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss haben, aber da konnte man das Meer nicht so gut sehen. Sie hat uns dann die Wohnung in der 1. Etage gegeben. Da hatte man viel besseren Ausblick. Es war schön auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und das Meer und die Straße zu beobachten. Gegenüber direkt am Strand ein Restaurant, war lecker. Man hatte da sogar WLAN von der Wohnung. Hauseigener Parkplatz. Die Lage ist sehr gut, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar, viele Restaurants, Bars, Bäcker, kleine Supermärkte. Die Bar „Foga Lounge“ (ca. 5 min Fußweg) kann ich sehr empfehlen, total schön mit den vielen Pflanzen und die tolle Einrichtung. Die Cocktails waren auch lecker 😋

Im Bad war überhaupt keine Ablage. Fast alle Duschen in Albanien haben keine Vorhänge. Wenn man duscht, ist das ganze Bad nass. Da müssen die Albaner noch was lernen. Ist echt nervig 😬

Quando incominci una vacanza con disagi, non vedi l'ora di tornare a casa.

Buona solo la posizione.

Abbiamo chiesto un monolocale delux con uso cucina pagando di più, invece ci hanno dato una camera standard che sarebbe costata meno, al prezzo della delux, dovendo andare così, al ristorante tutti i giorni, con notevoli disagi fina ziari perché non programmati. La TV era presente, ma non era collegata alla parabola, il cavo non esisteva in nessun alloggio, praticamente inutile. L' asciugacapelli mandava solo aria fredda.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes, ruhiges und zentrales Apartment direkt am Meer.

Wir hatten das Apartment – es war sehr gut ausgestattet, und alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Alle Fenster sowie die Terrassentür sind mit Mückennetzen versehen. Das Schlafzimmerfenster hat zusätzlich eine Jalousie, mit der man den Raum gut verdunkeln kann. Die Straße ist nachts ruhig und dennoch sehr zentral gelegen, direkt am Meer.

Zeer vriendelijke host, maar niet de plek voor ons.

De vriendelijke host!

Zeer rumoerig, zowel geluiden van buiten als geluiden in het appartement, knallende deuren, schuivende stoelen, drukke straat. Helaas geen fijne plek voor ons. We zijn een dag eerder vertrokken.

Belle vue sur mer, logement efficace pour une nuit.

La vue sur la mer était super ! On a bien été reçue par l’hôte et elle nous a apporté ce dont on avait besoin (oreillers moins durs et un drap en plus pour la deuxième nuit). Plage juste en face du logement, super pratique ! Emplacement au top pour accéder aux restaurants etc à pied. Place de parking privée pour les locataires. Belle grande douche !

De tout notre voyage, les nuits là-bas ont été les moins bonnes, le lit n’était pas tellement confortable et on entendait les chiens qui aboyaient la nuit.

Lo mejor de ksamil

La habitacion con cama doble. Baño privado y balcon con vistas al mar es bellisimo, todo muy limpio y organizado, la ubicacion es perfecta, la plata queda al frente, el personal muy amable, bastante recomendado.

La dueña nos ofreció una habitación mejor de lo que habíamos cogido y con vistas, sin aumentar el precio. Todo estaba perfecto, buenisima ubicacion a la playa, con vistas, todo limpio. El único problema que no había mando del aire acondicionado.

Atendeu ao nosso propósito.

A atenção da moça que nos atendeu, foi nota 1000. A localização é fantástica. Basta atravessar a rua e já está na praia. Tem restaurantes e mercado por perto.

Tivemos água quente apenas no primeiro dia. Os demais dias apenas água fria ou levemente morna. O colchão merece atenção. Dói um pouco as costas.

O vacanță plăcută!

Locatia aproape de plaje,taverne,etc... Apartament curat,saltele confortabile,bucatarie utilată cu tot ce trebuie,gazdele extrem de amabile.

Singurul minus pt.copil,dacă îl pot numi așa, a fost Wi-Fi slab în cameră(routerul mai slab era poziționat în partea cealaltă a clădirii).

O lugar é incrível! Super perto do mar. O quarto é novo, espaçoso, com uma cozinha perfeita para uma estadia de 2 a 3 dias. O preço também chamou atenção.

Faltam pequenos detalhes que ajudarão os futuros Viajantes que ficam no quarto: Deixar uma vassoura no quarto; Fornecer Esponja e detergente para lavar louça; Mas são só detalhes.
