Gaslighting host, unsuitable for family stay. Sleeps only two person
It was a small space kept neat & clean (not dust proof squeaky clean but acceptably clean) by very proud architects.
We booked based on the pictures but we were utterly disappointed. No 24 hr help desk or staff. There is a pre-check in protocol where the host will send a link for you to divulge your password information, pictures, etc. When the link is faulty or you cannot upload the data expect plenty of needless arguments with the host who will not understand that you are travelling with children and may not have the time to scan, send, resend, retry … As you arrive at the apartment area, when an issue or problem is raised the host will gaslight & say they have best reviews. Instead, of objectively hearing you, you will be made to feel like you are wrong or no right to complain about your check-in experience. We paid for 3 person to sleep comfortably but our child was expected to sleep on the sofa in the living area with substandard pillows (bean bags like) (purportedly others didn’t complain so we should have an issue with that). The allay that leads to this property is dingy. The apartment is at the 2nd flr, good luck carrying your luggage upstairs & the energy saving lights will go off before you reach the front door. The instructions the host gives you to get in the property is long. The keys will be referred in colours but if you look at them at night or under the energy saving lights you’ll miss the colour as two of those keys just look like steel/metal without any colour. Only one looked red. So we had quite a bit of challenge looking for a blue key. See the pictures to the entrance, the keys & the sofa bed for extra person. What really got us annoyed was when the first thing the host said was that he slept in worse bed while on Kuala Lumpur (our country). First, the host should taken up his issues with his experience in KL at the KL property and not use it as a defence against our complain. And, we can vouch for the high quality hospitality that you get in Malaysia so we couldn’t accept the host’s opinion/excuse. Second, it was a classic gaslighting.

We provided it ourselves!
The announced threat of a exorbitant cleaning fee if there was a problem. This didn’t change our behaviour, as we treat all locations as our own, but it didn’t serve to give a good feeling about the hosts. Maybe they had a bad experience recently.

Absolutely fabulous.
The apartment was simply amazing, it was like home. The place was was very spacious for the two of us and the kitchen was very well equipped. would have loved to have stayed longer and if I am ever in the city again this place is certainly going to be my first choice.
I have absolutely no complaints about the place even though the main attractions were a bit distant and though public transportation was available just at the property, the frequency could have been better.

Es war wunderbar, wir fanden einen Parkplatz vor der Tür, der Schlüssel in der Box, die Wohnung angenehm temperiert, sehr, sehr sauber, gemütlich und nach unserem Geschmack sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles da👍das tollste war , morgens weckten uns Vögel, kein Straßenlärm… überraschend mitten in der Südstadt. Der Rhein ist flugs zu erreichen, was vergessen? Einkauf direkt vor der Tür, Restaurant auch, selbst der Dönermamn… man muss für nix ein Auto nutzen. Wir kommen ab jetzt öfter👍
Nix, was man nicht mit den netten Vermietern hätte besprechen können. Hab aus eigener Schuld den Schlüssel nicht aus der Box bekommen, aber sie haben umgehend reagiert… Super 👍
Diese Ferienwohnung können wir mit bestem Gewissen empfehlen
Selten solch eine saubere Ferienwohnung gebucht - es war alles vom Feinsten. Es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht, Spülmaschine, Herd, Backofen, sauberes Geschirr, Besteck, TV, WLAN und ein sehr gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Ein sehr sauberes Bad und ein sehr gutes Boxspringbett ! Auch ein Bäcker oder EDEKA 2 Min. entfernt. Die Lage sehr ruhig, Bushalte direkt vor der dem Haus aber da die Wohnung im Hinterhof war - keinerlei Geräusche von der Hauptstraße. Mit Bus alle halbe Stunde zum HBF oder Innenstadt und zurück. Kostenloses Parken in Oberwerth - 10 Min. Fußweg oder Bus.
Es gibt nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat !

Die Wohnung ist groß und modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir waren 5 Nächte und dort und hätten gut noch länger bleiben können. Die Lage ist super: Bushaltestelle vor der Tür und bis zum Bahnhof sind es zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten, das Rheinufer ist um die Ecke, Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurant sind auch in der Nähe.

Die Ferienwohnung ist ein Träumchen
Alles wirklich fantastisch: die Ruhe, die sehr geschmackvolle Ausstattung, die Lage: 2 Minuten zu Fuss zum Rhein, toller Vollkornbäcker um die Ecke und auch sonst alles was man so braucht, Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Der Kontakt mit den Vermieter*innen ist auch super: sehr schnelle, kompetente und freundliche Auskünfte etc.

De locatie van het appartement was superfijn. Dichtbij wandelpaden langs de Rijn en dicht bij de stad en bovenal erg comfortabel en fijn rustig gelegen.
Info over het parkeren maar dat is nu rechtgezet..

La casa estaba limpia y tenía prácticamente de todo
Me enviaron las claves de entrada el día antes,por lo que entendí que la casa estaba lista antes de tiempo, pero al llegar todavía estaba sin limpiar.
Cada vez hay más costumbre de unos check-in tardíos y unos checkout tempranos,por lo que si los precios ya de por si han subido,teniendo en cuenta que el uso cada vez es por menos horas ,la subida es aún mayor

Opmærksomme og hjælpsomme værter., både ved indtjekning, under opholdet og ved afrejse. Virkelig skøn og rummelig lejlighed, med alle nødvendige faciliteter. Her kunne vi godt have tilbragt et par dage og kommer gerne igen.

Ein sehr schönes Appartment in der Nähe der Altstadt - wir kommen wieder!
Diese Unterkunft hat meinem Mann und mir ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Wir haben bisher nur selten ein so sauberes Appartement gebucht, weshalb ich das auch explizit erwähne.
Viele andere Dinge waren gut durchdacht und für die Gäste vorbereitet. Es gibt eine Nespresso Maschine und ein paar Kapseln standen auch zur Verfügung. Die gläserne Duschwand lässt sich nach innen öffnen, es gibt also keine Überschwemmung im Badezimmer. Duschgel und Haarshampoo sind in der Dusche vorhanden, ebenso Handseife am Waschbecken. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich, aber für Gäste sehr komfortabel.
Das Appartement ist modern eingerichtet und dekoriert, aber überhaupt nicht überladen, das ist sehr angenehm.
Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Die Gastgeber haben Kontakt mit uns aufgenommen, alle notwendigen Informationen zur Verfügung gestellt und uns jederzeit Unterstützung angeboten, sollten wir Fragen haben.
Die Bushaltestellen in sehr geringer Entfernung an der Straße finden wir super, man ist schnell in der Altstadt und kommt auch noch spät mit dem Bus zurück.
Kleinigkeiten, so mir denn welche auffallen, teile ich den Gastgeber*innen gerne persönlich mit.

Super Lage und sehr ruhig. Wohlfühlen garantiert
Ich habe mich sofort bei Betreten wohlgefühlt. Der Check-In mit Schlüsselsafe war super und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gibt einem ein super Gefühl. Es war sehr sauber in der Wohnung und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Ich hab sehr gut in dem Bett geschlafen. Der Kühlschrank war bereits eingeschaltet, als ich in die Wohnung kam. Vom Bahnhof ist die Wohnung in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch zur Innenstadt hat man es nicht weit. Ich persönlich bin gelaufen, aber auch eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich in der Nähe, deren Linie in die Innenstadt fährt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhof, daher ist es dort sehr ruhig. Lediglich die Nachbarn im eigenen Haus sind etwas hellhörig. Aber alles im Rahmen. Zu mindest hat man keinen Straßenlärm.
Ich fand es fast sehr schade, dass ich nur eine Nacht geblieben bin. Würde die Unterkunft definitiv wieder buchen, sollte ich nochmal nach Koblenz kommen!
- Ich würde mir einen Duschabzieher für die Duschwand wünschen 😄 denke, nicht jeder Gast würde ihn nutzen. Ich hätte es getan. :)
- Im Haus selbst etwas hellhörig. Aber alle Nachbarn waren sehr rücksichtsvoll. Daher nur bedingt "negativ"
