Poor check in info, not able to contact host by phone with issue. No mattress protector, poor quality mattress. Storage heaters difficult to get warm.

I was attending the Green Weekend as a stall holder and the location was perfect. Easy to get to, with really clear inst

Great location, easy to park. Fabulous communication which made it easy to locate key and get in 😂 The apartment was great for what I needed and everything was thought of. Great layout and despite being close to the road, there was no noise and had a fab nights sleep

It was exceptional with everything provided apart from toilet roll. Maybe this was an error as the attention to detail with everything else was amazing

Great location easy to walk to town. Apartment facilities were great and it was clean and homely. Cameron was very helpful and responded quickly.

Parking on first evening was difficult due to inconsiderate guests in another apartment and noise from other guests on the last evening went on into the early hours - both issues were due to other guests and not the apartment.

Definitely home from home

The apartment was in an excellent location. Everything that you needed was provided. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were very quiet even though there was a busy road outside. Cameron was easy to deal with, responded quickly to messages, and answered the phone when I had a query. Loved my short stay here. Would definitely book again.

Unfortunately, the allocated parking was full on the day I arrived but did manage to park nearby. The instructions were clear for checking in, but I did have a problem with the main door. A quick phone call to the host, and it was sorted.

One of the best places to stay

Communication, directions and information received from the host before we arrived was clear and comprehensive. When we arrived I worried if the noise from the busy road outside would be a problem - didn't hear a thing with the secondary glazing - super quiet. I'm fussy with beds and after sitting on it thought it might be a bit to soft as I like a firm mattress, one of the most comfiest beds I've slept in. Spotlessly clean, everything you need, really a home from home. It was £1 more than the Premier Inn and you get a parking space which is a real bonus. Only 10 minutes walk into town, and a couple of minutes to a retail park which has a huge Tesco, Asda and Aldi. We are definitely going to stay here again when we next come to Chester.

Great mini City break in Chester. Will definitely be visiting again!

The location was good. Parking provided and just a short (10 mins) walk to the City walls. It is on a very busy road, but the extra internal glazing meant it was quiet within and the bedroom is at the rear. The facilities are modern and well equipped, and well heated.
