Right ratio cost/ befit

Nice design, 10 minutes walk to center.

Cleaning insuficient, in certain areas. Attic, strange access small staircase, you need strong legs.

Very nice spacious and comfortable apartment

This is a very nice, very spacious apartment that is well stocked. It is pleasantly decorated and even in the heat of summer in June 2025 it was possible to keep it relativley cool. Convenient to the main train station

The shower is good but the shower head was actually touching my head - and I am only 1.75m! A taller person would have diffculty. Unfortunately the alternative spray was "limp" and couldn't be used. While it is close to the train station it is a bit of a hike into the centre. I would recommend buying a book of tickets from the machines at the tram stations. Transport is good in Mulhouse. There is no lift and the climb up the stairs, while not a problem for me, would be difficult for some or those with a lot of luggage.

GREAT LOCATION

The location was great — close to everything we needed and made getting around super easy. It really added to the overall experience. Would definitely recommend it!

However, the flat had several issues. It was a bit dusty, the pillow was uncomfortable, and there was no door on the shower, which left the bathroom wet. After two people showered, there was no hot water, and when I asked the host how long does it take for the water to heat up, I received no response. With better cleanliness, communication, and some basic upgrades, this could be a much better stay.

nice apartment, close to hte main train station, close to downtown

everything was very good, i would recommend changing the L sectional in the living room , and may be adding some hangers for towels in the bathroom... bathroom is very big and nice , kitchen well equipped, I do not recommend for people with mobility limitations- third floor, no elevator

Schön eingerichtetes kleines Appartment in absolut ruhiger Lage, gemütliche Betten und ein freundlicher Gastgeber. Es ist eine angenehme Gegend und die Bushaltestelle ist nicht weit. Hier passen Preis und Leistung gut zueinander.

Sonntags fährt der Bus nur einmal die Stunde. Die Deckenhöhe ist sehr niedrig (bis ca. 180 cm Körpergrösse ok). Das Geschirr war nicht genügend sauber. Der Duschvorhang führt zu einem Feuchtigkeitsproblem am davor liegenden Sims, das dringend mal gelöst werden müsste.

Buona struttura in ottima posizione

Aveva tutto ciò di cui avevano bisogno, nonostante un solo bagno siamo riusciti ad organizzarci senza problemi e ci siamo trovati decisamente bene. Si dorme benissimo, letti molto comodi e silenzio. Facilità di parcheggio di fronte alla struttura. A pagamento dalle 9 alle 19 e gratuito dalle 19 alle 9. Mulhouse e’ stato un ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare Alsazia e alcune zone della Svizzera considerando che la città ti offre la possibilità di visitare importante musei, come quello dei treni, dell’automobile o dell’elettricità. La stazione si trova a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla struttura. Uno aspetto da non sottovalutare: l’host e’ stato sempre presente in tutto il soggiorno

Solo le scale un po’ ripide e senza ascensore, ma per noi non è stato un problema. Anzi aiutano a mantenersi in forma anche durante le ferie, il che non fa sicuramente male alla salute.

J'ai passé un super séjour dans ces lieux.

J'avais reçu toutes les orientations pour accéder facilement à l'appartement. Les propriétaires étaient disponibles et très réactifs au besoin. Les photos sont conformes à l'appartement.

Appartamento molto bello anche se situato in uno stabile sporco e fatiscente. Ambienti puliti, caldi e confortevoli. Locali sufficientemente spaziosi, frigorifero grande e cucina ben attrezzata.
