Great location, the cleanliness and overall comfort did not meet expectations.

On the positive side, the location is convenient—about a 10-minute walk from the train station and a 5-minute walk from the Christmas markets.

However, despite the good location, the cleanliness and overall comfort did not meet expectations. I would not stay here again unless the cleaning and management are improved. I was disappointed with my stay at this property. Although the late 4 pm check-in was explained as necessary for cleaning, the place was not properly cleaned when we arrived. There were spider webs and spiders in several corners of the apartment, and the bed sheets had stains on them. When I contacted the host, she told me where the clean sheets were kept and suggested I change them myself, which I found unprofessional. She said she would come the next morning to clean. While some of the spider webs I had photographed were removed, others that I hadn’t shown her were still there, and the stained bed sheets were never changed. Also, the bed is not comfy at all.

A very beautiful and comfortable apartment located very close to the train station (less than 1 km).The train station is very well connected, so it can be used for visiting Colmar and Basel, as was the case for us. The communication was one of the best we’ve ever had — truly outstanding. The staff is also very kind. The apartment is new, clean, and safe. Highly recommended.

The bed linen was slightly stained.

Super cute appartment

Location was great, in the centre of town, quite zone, near to train station and restaurant and bars.

Our advice is to put some rugs in the flat since it coule be cold on the feet after you take off shoes. Its not issue just recommending what might upgrade experience (or put some throwable slippers.

Bon séjour mais forcément, à cause de ma chute dans cet escalier, mon avis est plus que réservé

Tout le logement est plutôt de qualité, il manque cependant des points IMPORTANTS à améliorer. J'ai bien apprécié le confort de la chambre, literie, linge de lit et de toilette, la salle de bains, la cuisine et le fait que le logement soit très central, dans le centre historique intéressant de Mulhouse

Je n'ai pas apprécié de tomber dans cet escalier super dangereux; on m'a dit que j'étais la seule à avoir débaroulé sur la moitié de cette installation et m'être fait mal au dos. Soit. J'en suis très étonnée car : il est très raide, n'a pas de bandes antidérapantes sur les marches alors qu'il est en bois verni hyper glissant, et qu'il n'y a pas de rampe ou de corde le long du mur pour se tenir. Faites qq chose parce qu'un jour, vous aurez un blessé grave. 2ème point : le canapé est à changer. Même en étant seule et en mode assis, il y a un trou au milieu et...ce n'est pas confort du tout.

Posizione centralissima, host estremamente gentile e pronta a risolvere qualsiasi problema e necessità. Appartamento moderno arredato con buon gusto e dotato di tutti gli accessori necessari a rendere funzionale e confortevole il soggiorno.

Andrebbero effettuate alcune riparazioni, a causa della normale usura e probabilmente dell'utilizzo poco accorto e rispettoso da parte di alcuni ospiti. Il pavimento, nonostante sia pulito, risulta appiccicoso (sicuramente a causa di prodotti non specifici per il lavaggio).

Lo consiglierei per un ottimo soggiorno qualità-prezzo in Alsazia.

Ottima posizione a 10 minuti dalla stazione ed in pieno centro. La stanza era accogliente, attrezzata e pulita. L’esperienza del check-in e check out è stata perfetta e l’host è stata disponibile.

La stanza “Stoccolma” si trovava all’interno di un piccolo cortile che era molto sporco, così come l’atrio del palazzo.

Bene ma non benissimo...

Immobile sito in pieno centro, molto comodo per gli spostamenti in città e fuori città (stazione a 10 minuti di passeggiata a piedi). Facile l'interazione con l'host

L'appartamento necessita di qualche mobile d'appoggio, sia nella camera da letto sia, soprattutto, in bagno. Abbiamo trovato un asciugamano macchiato, prontamente sostituito, e diverse ragnatele in casa, segnale di una pulizia frettolosa. Sarebbe necessaria maggiore una attenzione. Infine la prenotazione su booking è stata fatta per 3 persone, con relativo pagamento per 3, ma la struttura comunica qualche giorno prima del check-in, e dopo aver già superato i termini per la cancellazione, che la biancheria viene fornita solo per il letto matrimoniale, pertanto eventuali lenzuola/piumoni/asciugamani andranno pagati separatamente. Servirebbe specifica nell'annuncio pubblicato su Booking.

Al centro di Mulhouse

La struttura si trova al centro di Mulhouse, a 10/15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Vicina a locali e nei pressi dei mercatini di natale. La casa è spaziosa. Cucina, anche se non utilizzata, presentava tutto il necessario. Il personale, anche se non presente sul posto, è sempre reperibile e disponibile

Migliorare assolutamente la pulizia. Abbiamo avuto alcuni problemi, il personale ha provveduto ad un intervento di pulizia anche se non è stato soddisfacente. Cercherei di cambiare la squadra che se ne occupa. Cuscini molto bassi. Inoltre abbiamo avuto difficoltà ad accedere all'appartamento, poiché le istruzioni non erano molto chiare e la porta del corridoio non era di facile apertura. Non è specificato che l'appartamento si trova nel cortile di un sottoscala (mal tenuto a livello di pulizia)

Der Zustand des Hauses, in dem das Apartment lag, war recht heruntergekommen. Im Treppenhaus roch es unangenehm nach feuchtem Mauerwerk.

Apparement moderne et bien situé

Propreté à revoir ENTIÈREMENT !!! Accueillis par la poubelle devant l’entrée dont je passerai l’odeur. L’entretien de la cours laisse à désirer, à tel point qu’une famille de rats a décidé d’y habiter et de se balader au moindre bruit. La literie est malodorante, il suffit d’enlever les draps pour comprendre pourquoi : auréoles et traces inconnues autant sur les coussins que sur le matelas, inimaginable de dormir là dedans. Le sol n’était pas spécialement propre non plus. Pour le prix, un minimum de propreté serait la bienvenue. Voir photos.

Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend - super zentral und alles gut erreichbar. Auch das Appartement selbst ist schön renoviert, gut geschnitten (über zwei Etagen) und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt insgesamt enttäuschend. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig: Es war staubig, roch muffig und machte einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Kurz vor der Ankunft erhielten wir eine E-Mail mit dem Hinweis, dass wir uns melden können, falls etwas nicht in Ordnung ist - was wir im Trubel der Ankunft leider vergessen haben. Dennoch sollte ein gewisser Reinigungsstandard selbstverständlich sein. Was den Gesamteindruck massiv getrübt hat, war der Zugang zum Appartement: Der Hausflur roch nach Müll, da dort die Mülltonnen standen. Danach ging es durch einen extrem verwahrlosten Hinterhof, voller Unkraut und Dreck. Überall waren Taubenzacken angebracht und aus allen Ecken hörte man die Tauben gurren. Der Weg dorthin war nicht nur unansehnlich, sondern auch unangenehm.

Parfait, bon rapport qualité prix

Très bien situé en plein centre de Mulhouse. Appartement propre, spacieux et bien aménagé. Il donne sur une rue piétonne assez animée qui peut être un peu bruyante le soir, mais normal pour un plein cœur du centre ville. Double vitrage très efficace, pas de bruit une fois les fenêtres fermées. Je recommande.

Confortevole appartamento in centro

Appartamento spazioso, pulito a pochi passi dal centro e da un parcheggio economico. Cucina ben attrezzata, lenzuola e salviette pulite. Check-in e Check-out semplici ma caso di necessità l assistenza è rapida.

Divano letto poco comodo, lenzuola seppur pulite avevano un odore di umidità. Il Check-in alle 16:00 potrebbe essere migliorato..

la situation dans le centre historique de Mulhousr

L télévision toute déréglée, pas de chaines classiques et surtout pas d'explicatif pour les trouver, un soir j'ai eu netflix puis le lendemain plus rien .pas de casserole, le couvercle du wc bougeait, le porte papier toilette pendait, pas de rangement pour les couverts, ils étaient éparpillés dans un tiroir.. Les serviettes de toilettes propres mais une drôle d'odeur J'ai pris des photos de tout cela qui sont à votre disposition. Le plus gênant c'est de ne voir personne , j’ai appelé la dame dont j'avais le numéro de téléphone, mais elle ne s'est pas déplacée pour le problème de la télévision qui me gênait beaucoup, étant seule dans l’appartement j'ai du regarder la télé sur mon téléphone. j’oubliai, le freezer qui n'a pas du être dégelé depuis des semaines. Aucun dépliant sur la ville et sur la région, aucun explicatif pour les appareils ménagers. Endroit bruyant le soir . La description que je fais ici c'est pour que le propriétaire fasse les améliorations car l'appartement lui même est grand et refait à neuf et avec ces améliorations serait très bien..
