Quite good location, easy to approach. Was easy to find and acess was well communicated.
The appartement itself was well equipped (i.e. kitchen utensils, washing machine)
Overall feeling about the appartement was that it is worn down. Bathroom smelled terribly (most probably from mold), there was a disturbingly big hole in the wall next to the toilet, entrance door was broken.
The wall next to the bed was quite dirty, small cupboard is broken. Some of the kitchen equipments were dirty and sticky.
The building itself is in really bad condition: elevator smelled from urine and was not working always, internal court (where the windows are opening) is really noisy and very dirty.
