Overall, we had a nice stay. It's great that we could find an affordable room close to the Central S

It's very well situated, just a few minutes (or one tram stop) away from the Central Station. The rooms are spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the host furnishes new bedsheets, duvets, and bathroom towels to every arriving guest.

This is a room in a big apartment with several other rooms, and unfortunately, one of the other rooms was occupied by two Russian-speaking men who talked very loudly at night.

Okay for one or two nights.

The location is great.It was only a five minute walk to the train station. It is also close to shopping and restaurants. There is a nice park across the street.

I was under the impression it is an apartment. However, it was a room with shared facilities. The room smelled like smoke and felt like a dorm room.

Plenty of room to spread out and kitchen was well equipped. Responded to our request for more washing up detergent very quickly. Not far from main railway station and easy walking distance to central area for shops.

Traffic noise if you left windows open. Iam not keen about sharing bathrooms and kitchens however as it worked out we were the only people there so that was a bonus.

Very cheap shared place, but that’s what you get for that money

Place is extremely well located. Only few steps from the train station and few steps from the old town. Place is also spacious. Very cheap compared to other places especially to Basel which is 30 minutes train ride away.

Not very clean. In one week no one came to clean the bathroom and toilet or change the towels, took away trash etc. Since the toilet and bathroom are shared with other people was extremely dirty. After two days there were no more toilet paper. I didn’t use kitchen so not sure how it was there. I was missing trash can in the room.

The location was great in the middle of Mulhouse. The crew responded to our demand of toilet paper and towels the next morning.

The appartement wad not cleaned every 48h as written. The is at the 3rd floor without an elevator. Some things need repairs

Perfect location and clean place to stay.

Everything was as its written. Location was perfect, it was so easy to travel surrounding town and cities. The room was clean. It was easy to check in and check out. Public areas were clean and organized also.

The location was perfect, near the station. The bed was very comfortable. The toilet and shower were clean and we had no problem sharing it. It was quiet and peaceful for the most part.

On the weekend in one of the rooms there was party and loud noises late in the night. They didn't clean our room during our stay.

Exceptional

Compared to price, it is perfect. Very close to Flixbus station and Train station. They replay messages fastly. Even if you dont write anything they ask if you need something.

Wooden floor causes noise. Because it is old. Late time close to morning it was a little bit cold. But not too cold. The heating system is the central.

Amazing

Everything was amazing. Very good location, especially if you wanna catch a train to cities around Mulhouse (Basel, Colmar, Strasbourg...) because you need one minute to Gare Centrale. You have also one minute to tram station from which you can go anywhere in city. Benoit is super host. Next time in Mulhouse i surely know where to stay! 💪

Location is perfect. Everything was good. We stayed for 2 days and we had no problems. Shared toilets maybe a problem, but generally clean and empty. Definitely recommended ☺️

one toilet didn't have soap so we used the other toilet. but we also know they would help if we told them. I guess that's not a problem

Quality time spent here

Great location for being so close to Gare Central train station. Room has space to unwind, shared kitchen and shower fully equipped. You can unload luggage early on day of checking in, following instructions to unlock main door and decode key box. And if you want to stock up food there is a Lidl supermarket nearby with freshly made pastry. Pedestrian mall, historical sites and tourist office all within walking distance.

Minor: entrance to apartment VERY discreet, with no street number or sign to announce. Trees in park across populated with crows and can get noisy sometimes. Each apartment has its own lock (four of them share kitchen, toilet and shower), so while its pretty secure you will rarely know your neighbor. For those who drive, street parking is very limited.

Location is perfect. Everything is so close to the apartment. Benoit was an excellent host, and you wont regret it if you stay there. I hope we'll get back one day to visit all the places we've missed this time.

Basically, everything was perfect and I have only two suggestions. Air condition in the apartment would be spot on and some kind of television to break the silence. Besides that, I have no complains.
