L’emplacement idéal, le parking désormais sous l’immeuble, le confort, du matelas notamment, la wifi de très bonne qualité, le calme général de l’immeuble.
La télécommande du garage ne fonctionne pas. Les serviettes de qualité moyenne. Cela fait plusieurs années que nous venons dans ce studio et il y a peu d’évolution, notamment toujours pas de lampe de chevet.

Très bon emplacement, Julien a pu nous aider rapidement, endroit fonctionnel et mignon,petit balcon sympathique.
L'appartement nécessiterait une petite mise à jour. La télécommande du garage ne fonctionne pas, le code transmis n'était pas le bon, certains numéros de contacts ne sont plus justes. De plus le frigo et la ventilation font beaucoup (trop) de bruit. L'immeuble en général est vétuste. Et le wifi ne fonctionne pas.
