Nice place right in the center

Nice and clean apartment, right in the center, with good internet (fiber, 400 Mbps both up and down). The bedroom has good blackout curtains, and there was zero noise from the neighbors or trams at night. Paid community parking is right in front of the building entrance, with another spot for 5 cars on the side of the building.

The stairs are a bit tricky-they’re old and steep, and there’s no elevator. This might be an issue if you have too much luggage, but it’s still manageable. I had three huge suitcases, one weighing 40 kg, and was able to get them up with just a few drops of sweat.

C'est un super appartement, très propre et spacieux. Cuisine équipée, un lave linge et un sèche linge. Rien a redire. Il est proche du centre-ville, on peut y aller a pied. Un arrêt de tram est juste en bas de l'immeuble. On entend pas les bruits de circulation la nuit. L'hote est très gentille et joignable rapidement.

Klatka schodowa wygląda jak z jakiegoś horroru. Mieszkanie było nieposprzątane. Pościel nie była zmieniona po poprzednich lokatorach. Łazienka jest zagrzybiona. Odradzam nocleg tam.

Erg geriefelijk. Wel geen keukenspullen voor 4 personen. Badkamer ok, slaapkamer ok.

De properheid van de keuken...ik heb ze in elk geval properder achtergelaten dan ik ze gekregen heb Heel warm binnen. De entree en traphal zijn ook even schrikken maar binnen is het een andere wereld

Yeri güzeldi, yürüyerek çok rahatlıkla merkezi konumlara varabiliyorsunuz. Daha önceden de bilgi verildiği üzere binanın dışı gerçekten kötü ama dairenin içi tekrar yapılmış. Hemen arkasında tramvay durağı bulunuyor.

Temizlik kesinlikle daha iyi olabilirdi.Gelişigüzel bir temizlik yapılmış ama çoğu yerde toz ve saç bulunuyordu (hatta geldiğimizde mutfak tezgahında vurularak öldürülmüş bir sinek vardı). Bu beni rahatsız etti. Bunun dışında ocağın çalıştırılması çok zor. Elektrikli bir ocak var ancak ocağın düğme algısı çok zayıf ve en arka göz çalışmıyor. Check-out günü sabah 9.15 gibi kapımız çaldı ve saat kaçta çıkıcağımız soruldu.. gelen kişi temizlikçi imiş ama biz uyuyor olabilirdik o saatte. Binanın içerisinde çok fazla sinek var, yukarıya çıkarken sinekler sürekli üzerinize çarpıyor. Ayrıca anahtarı almak için ilk giriş yaptığınız gün kırık camlı bir kapıdan kolun çekilmesi isteniyor. Kırık cam içerisinden kolumu sokmak çok güvenli gelmedi bana. Ayrıca mutfakta kap kacak çok az. Ona göre tedarikli gelin derim, olanlar da çok eski.
