A nice stay.

It was a really nice stay. Everything was as expected. Close to the small city and the grocery store. A working TV with Disney.

It is quite difficult to find parking. Specially in late evening.

Nice apartment at great price

Apartment is large with two separate bedrooms and the living room. Very cozy, modern and clean. My family and me enjoyed our stay. We were by car so public transportation wasn’t the factor for us but tram line is conveniently located just around the corner. Photos are matching a real condition.

Very good for the group but w/uncleaned apartment & trying to make us pay ruined the experience

The apartement was confortable ans suitable for the group.

When we arrived at the apartment it was a mess (beds used, towels on the floor (used), water in the bathroom floor and crumbs on the floor. No cleaning. After this day on travel we had to call to the owner who said it was a mistake (I have sent a message 1h before my arrival) and would send a cleaning lady in 10 minutes. We waited in the uncleaned apartment 20 minutes for the cleaning lady. They were in a hurry, did they confirmed previous damages? During our stay we had to ask for toillet paper! On the day of our departure, we cleaned the house, and when we left, we took the garbage, washed the plates and left all the used towels on the floor (used towels). Later on the owner texted saying the apartment was not ok and sent lots of pictures, one with crumbs (it happens) and something that was damaged...it seamed the frige but we left it intact. We are responsible traveled adults. We treat the house as our own with respect. We also left some milk, butter, fruit, bread and chocolates if someone would want to take it or give to the homeless (in Portugal we do that when there are leftovers). Now he wants us to pay? It is unfair and reprehensible. I will not recommend this apartment ever (although I have texted the owner we enjoyed and that the apartment was comfortable) but with this behavior it is really suspicious and totally unfair.

The apartment is in very good condition and was exceptionally clean. It looked like it was redecorated recently.

The apartments could have numbers on the doors as it difficult to tell which one was ours when we arrived. However I called the host and he helped us straight away

The apartment was clean and spacious.

There were very little amenities, such as shampoo or laundry detergent. Also, the host changed the door code, which required a phone call.

It was difficult to find a public parking near the apartment when we got there. We had to drive around the neighborhood area for a while to find one.

The game changer in this apartment - the fantastic host who made his utmost to fill our needs.

We were 6 adults - and it was obvious the apartment comfortably fits 4, but is a little small for 6 adults. The host did his outmost - and succeeded! - to accommodate us in a fantastic way. It changed the whole experience for us. The apartment is completely updated.

No air conditioning - at the time we were at the apartment that was not an issue. The real issue is the parking. Although parking in the streets is free of charge, it is really tough to find parking places if you arrive late in the evening. We always succeeded, though, but it took every day quite a while.

Très bonne communication, réponses rapides, explications au top! Petites attentions sympathiques (café, thé, petit savon emballé, ...) à l'arrivée. Le salon fait vraiment office de 3ème chambre avec possibilité de fermer avec une porte.

Die Lage war super, das Zetrum und der Markt leidt zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gab keine Parkraumbewirtschafftung. Die Betten waren bequem, die Handtücher flauschig. Es gab Kaffee und Tee.
