Location of the flat was excellent and the flat was huge! Owners were very friendly and supportive and we left the bags in the corridor inside the building until check in.

Cleanliness was not well done, we didn’t have clean bedsheets and pillow and towels for 3 people. We found empty shampoo bottle from previous guests and the sofa had a lot of blonde hair.

Responsive host, clean property and well located

The accommodation is in a great location – close to the city center, restaurants, and all major amenities, while the train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

Considering that we experienced some colder days (temperatures dropping to 4°C), the heating in the accommodation was insufficient. It was not comfortable to sit in the living room in the evening due to the lack of heating, and there was no heating in the bedroom at all. It was also not mentioned that the accommodation is located on the ground floor, nor that there is no window protection, especially in the bedroom, which did not even have shutters. As women, this made us feel uncomfortable. In the bathroom, there is a ceiling window without any curtain, and neighboring windows overlook directly down into the bathroom, which significantly affected our sense of privacy. The accommodation itself is clean, spacious, and tidy, but these are a few things that should be taken into consideration.
