Location very good with respect to access to town and the station. Easy to shop for provisions. The view of the Vosges is spectacular.

If you like 1970s skyscrapers...

The panoramic view was lovely. The 2nd toilet and sink were beneficial. It genuinely was sufficient for our needs. The bilingual videos created by the owner are helpful.

We specified that we'd arrive about 5 pm. We arrived at 4:45 pm and called to request directions. The owner said he was in the process of cleaning the apartment and should be done within 15-30 minutes. When we arrived at the door, at 5:10 pm, he was still cleaning. He promised to send a code by text, but did not until we sent him a reminder. The parking process, even with the video, was complex. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of a 1970s skyscraper and getting from the apartment to the car is lengthy. (I feel this should be more explicit in the description.) Several lights are burned out and not changed. The light over the exterior doorway made it particularly difficult to see and enter the code for the keys. There were three lights burned out in the bathroom. When the wifi stopped working, the owner did not respond to our text for a full day. When we sent him pictures of the router, he never responded. Ultimately, it was a bad connection that we fixed. Nonetheless, we were surprised by the owner's non-responsiveness. The dishwasher listed in the description is non-functional. There's a sign stating not to plug it in because it will cause an electrical malfunction. There's an additional sign stating that renters will be charged 30 euros if the dishes are left undone. The washing machine may double as a dryer, but there was no instructional manual or signage to clarify usage. The beds and couches were minimally comfortable. There was no additional linen and the pillows looked as if they had been repurposed from decorative pillows.

nice view, close to city center, but very dirty with cockroaches

It was big, very close to the center of the city, to the restaurants and has a nice view from the 26th floor

it was dirty, with cockroaches everywhere, when I was to the bathroom and turn on the light, like 2-3 cockroaches run on the floor. In the kitchen the same problem, full of cockroaches.

Sehr geräumiges Appartement mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Bequemes Bett und tolle Dusche. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Der dazugehörende Tiefgaragenplatz spart viel Geld für Parkgebühren.

Schlüsselübergabe über die Schlüsselbox war etwas aufwendig. Zuerst keine Antwort mit Codenennung auf vom Vermieter angeforderte WhatsApp-Nachricht. Nachtelefonieren war notwendig. Vor Abreise war der Code der Schlüsselbox geändert. Nochmaliges Telefonieren war nötig. Die Telefonate waren aber immer nett und sofort erfolgreich.

Gut gelegen, müsste aber general überholt werden

Die Kommunikation lief schleppend...es gab Probleme mit der parking card, aber der Vermieter hat die Kosten für das Parkhaus bezahlt 👍

Das Mobiliar ist veraltet...es zieht in der Wohnung Nachts war Regen mit Sturm...ein Fenster im Schlafzimmer war undicht und es hat rein geregnet

Fantástica opción para alojarse en Mulhouse

La ubicación es fantástica, a 5 minutos de la plaza del Ayuntamiento. Incluye plaza de parking, muy amplia, en el mismo edificio. También espectaculares las vistas ya que es un piso 26. Los espacios del alojamiento son muy amplios. El anfitrión envía las instrucciones de acceso a la vivienda y al parking muy claras. Relación calidad precio muy buena.

Tiene un aseo en el recibidor y un baño completo dentro de una de las dos habitaciones. Es muy incómodo para las personas que están en la segunda habitación, tener que entrar en la habitación principal para ducharse.

Tiene un centro comercial justo al lado y las vistas increíbles. Es muy céntrico y muy bien comunicado. El parking sin duda es necesario. No le faltaba detalle, nos dejaron de todo: jabón para la lavadora, champús, toallitas multiuso, azúcar, café,…

La dureza de la cama y la complejidad para llegar al parking. El lavavajillas estaba estropeado.

Ruim appartement op een uitstekende locatie. Ideaal dat er een parkeerplaats bij zit.

Appartement is verouderd, niet goed onderhouden. Bedden zijn zeer hard. Voor vijfde bed (slaapbank) en gast was er geen (schoon) beddengoed en handdoek. Vaatwasser was kapot, geen theedoek aanwezig, maar je moet wel verplicht afwassen. In de douche staan bijna lege gebruikte flessen shampoo en douchegel. We kregen de code van het sleutelkluisje pas toen we voor de deur stonden.

Un séjour agréable dans un appartement bien placé et très confortable

L’appartement est situé à un endroit où tous les trams de Mulhouse passent. Il est spacieux , a deux toilettes, une cuisine bien équipée ( machine à café, tous les ustensiles et couverts, cuisinière, four, plaque à induction, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver). Tous les espaces sont chauffés et le salon est climatisé. L’immeuble dispose de plusieurs ascenseurs qui rendent l’accès à l’appartement facile. La vue sur Mulhouse est magnifique.

un excellent weekend à Mulhouse

Cet appartement est parfaitement situé au centre ville. Nous avions offert à nos enfants et petits enfants un Week end à Mulhouse, ils ont été très contents de ce beau logement très bien situé, avec le tram en face et tous les commerces nécessaires à l'organisation du petit déjeuner. a proximité immédiate des musées du train et automobile ils se sont régalés. L'accueil du propriétaire était chaleureux, et leur a facilité la garde des bagages, car ils étaient en TGV. Logement confortable, d'une grande propreté.

La situation géographique, proche de tous les moyens de transport et le calme. L’appartement est très spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Le cadre est vraiment agréable et cerise sur le gâteau, il dispose d’une deuxième toilette. Il dispose aussi d’une vue imprenable.

Tutto il resto , la doccia non scola l'acqua, un letto con lenzuola macchiate di sangue , ambiente generalmente sporco , nel bagno grande dove c'è la doccia a forza di uscire acqua c'era muffa sotto l'armadio, non lo consiglierei

Une vue imprenable ! 🤩

La magnifique vue, la grandeur de l'appartement, la propreté, la grande douche et la disponibilité du loueur. La petite bouteille d'eau pour chaque convive. Les tutos youtube pour l'accès au parking qui serait complexe sans aide.

Quelques petits équipements manquants : un économe pour éplucher les légumes, une paire de ciseaux , quelques couverts supplémentaires ( seulement 5 fourchettes et 5 petites cuillères pour un accueil possible de 6 personnes). Le canapé lit semblait endommagé car nous n'avons pas réussi à l'installer pour notre fils. Un gant en plus de la serviette serait un plus.
