Location is excellent. We liked the windowless room because such rooms are quieter.
No hooks anywhere to hang things, either in the room or bathroom. The room was full of air fresheners (about 5, in a very small room) when we arrived. The smell was overpowering.

The location is great, in the center of George Town, close to everything you need to see. The bathroom was small but does the job. Bedsheets and towels were clean.
We had a twin room and the beds were very very noisy, and not comfortable. We had a window but the view was… a wall ! And the window was not in the street but inside the building so no fresh air… We could smell a very strong smell a humidity in the room. They tried to hide it with few air freshener but it makes it worst.
