Kooning

(1) Very good location at Lebuh Campbell so you can really go to a lot of places from there. We enjoyed walking around at night and also during the day from here. Lots of food places within walking distance too. (2) Beds were comfortable to sleep in and we really, really appreciate the cleanliness! (3) Although the single room had great facilities, the twin rooms which are a bit smaller didn't have a closet or hangers + television. There's a clear difference in facilities so I think we would appreciate having similar facilities in both types of rooms. (4) The staff were extremely kind and competent. Had an incident of pipe bursting in my single room and the staff immediately addressed it and offered me another room, which is a bigger room. Helped me a lot with moving and cleaning up!

(1) One of my companions found the pillow too thin and would appreciate them thicker. (2) Sometimes walls are thin but I was able to sleep through everything (I'm a light sleeper) so maybe just a point for others who are extremely light sleepers. (3) Water dispenser was available on the ground floor which I appreciate but it's not available on the first floor so those who stay upstairs need to keep coming down to fill up their drinks. (4) I think it would be much recommended if the hotel could fill up the bottle with some water upon guests check-in or indicate where they can fill it up (maybe a info card in room?) because I wasn't sure about it until halfway through my stay.

Great area, very clean, quite cosy. Rooms had enough space for one person and bathrooms was good.

Climbing down from the loft was abit scary maybe because I am not used to it.

The rooms are amazing, the staff super friendly, the price fair and the location is great. The two floors are just giving the place such a nice ambiente and the early che k out box plus the security system works very well

There are some rooms what might need some improvement with the AC. Maybe they had a malfunction with the water coming out, but anyway the staff compensated that with an even better room. So happy stay

The location was pretty good and it was very neat and clean with much needed privacy with roof bed concept which was pretty good

The WiFi was so bad in the room with so many doors, you have literally zero WiFi signal on the 2nd floor so it was a very uncomfortable situation sitting on a roof bed with zero WiFi and getting up and down (zero elevator) to grab the WiFi signal. They need some solid WiFi repeaters to fix the issue at least on the 2nd floor. Even common areas (without air con) struggle for WiFi speed.
