    The staff were very friendly and helpful. They assisted us with arranging a rental car to Ipoh and patiently answered all of our questions. The location is excellent, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The only downside was the bathroom, which wasn’t as clean as expected. We found hair on the wall, and the toilet seat could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

    The staff are very friendly. Location is very good. Walking distance to Armenian street, Love Lane, Chulia Street, etc. A lot of good food in the surrounding as well.

    I spent a week at Campbell House and had a wonderful time there. Service was friendly and attentive. The location was perfect as well. It is 30 minutes away from the airport and a short distance away from famous spots like Penang Hill and the Gurney Drive area. Within walking distance there was also plenty of wonderful food options. The hotel breakfast was also amazing. Highly recommended!

    Great location, clean, walking distance to highlighted spots for culture and food, the downside are no elevator and shoes should be removed downstairs. Breakfast is great, but it is western food in Italian restaurant vs local food which we prefer while travelling. Staff is a mixed of friendly and indifferent. We arrived very late due to flight reschedule, the staff very helpful. Front desk not manned after hours. We found the bottles of bath soap, shampoo all emptied & coffee machine filled with used coffee pods. Given the hotel rate & taking into our experience, we feel it is overrated. We had better experience in similar accomodation in the area at a cheaper rate.
