It’s new, clean and comfortable. Staff are kind and helpful. There is no fridge, no safe and no telephone in the hotel. We stayed 4 nights. On the second night of stay, the alarm rang. We were so scared and tried to ran out of the room, then the alarm cut out. We then found no telephone in the room and went down to the reception to see what went wrong. The staff were studying the blinking lights on the panel and said indifferently that someone smoked in the room.

Hotel is new so most of the stuff are new. Clean and comfortable. Great location too. Just one incident that happen that probably beyond the staff control. There was a power interuption but it was not communicated. Not sure whether it was planned nor sudden. It was just so unfortunate that it happened while I was showering. Sudden power shut off.. no lights so it was completely dark in the toilet.. water is still running but turned cold as the heater was off. Thess things could happen and I do not blame anyone for it.. however, when I called the whatsapp number as there is no internal phone.. I shared what happened and I heard a laugh on the other line and mentioned it was due to power interuption and it will last for half an hour. No apologies and just deliver the info like we're colleagues. 😅🥲 it shouldnt be that way. But overall stay is great. Staff are still good. Not exceptional but still good. Would still recommend and prolly would stay again.
Also, the coffee and the blueberry bagel from the cafe beside the reception is sooo good.
