My 5-day solo trip to Penang was truly memorable, and staying at Cintra made it even more special Set in a beautiful heritage building with traditional wooden architecture, the property carries a charming sense of history and warmth. ​The staff treated me like family, always helpful, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure my journey went smoothly. I felt completely comfortable and at home throughout my stay This hotel is ideal for travelers looking to immerse themselves in local culture and meaningful connections, though it may not be the best fit for those seeking modern luxury or fancy amenities. Highly recommended for a soulful Penang experience 😊 Location is within the heritage area, convenient to walk everywhere

The location is amazing, going everywhere is very easy. Very elegant and pretty stay. Very clean as well.

My windows have no glasses, so if people were talking outside or the music from the bar, I could hear it very clearly. Better bring an earplugs. Also the smell from downstairs would also come in to the room.

Decorations are nice, feel like stay at classic old house, the staff are so kind and helpful

surrounding pub seriously noise, you can sleep until the pub are closed around 2pm. And some more if you get lower floor you also can’t sleep because people walk away in front of your room corridor
