    The hotel was clean but there is some smell that really bothers me. The bathroom was inside the room with a tinted mirror only. Me and my friends were really shocked as it not stated in the detail.

    They should at least offer self-check-in, as the only way to access the reception area is with an access card. I had to wait about 20 minutes for the receptionist to open the door because she had stepped outside. I called several times, but no one answered. It was a very frustrating experience, and I won’t be staying here again.

    The location is great and the room is clean, which are definite positives. However, there is no elevator and there are many stairs to climb. Additionally, there is a lack of clear photos showing the bathroom setup, it is not obvious from the listing that the shower and toilet are in the same space. The hotel also does not provide slippers. We also needed to use an iron, but it ended up staining our clothes, and unfortunately the staff was not very helpful in resolving the issue. On the positive side, the late check-in process was very smooth, they leave the key along with clear instructions, which made arrival easy and stress-free.
