The Cintra Muse Hotel at Central of Georgetown and UNESCO

Great location

The hotel was advertised with all rooms having a window. This is incorrect and our twin room did not have a window. We were able to pay for an upgrade. This did not sit well with us because we felt we had been missold the room however we were prepared to pay extra. The owner then quoted an exorbitant price for the upgrade. We pointed out that the upgrade cost was significantly lower on booking.com. This was negotiated down, however we still paid more then the booking.com quote - simply because we couldn't be bothered to urgue more after a long days travel. This spoilt what would have otherwise been a great experience. I hope the hotel modifies their description Would appreciate a kettle or jug in the room

Great location, loved the modern feel

The projector on the wall was way too high so that could have come down. The bathroom also smelt like cat urine 247 and the water was not draining properly and would take a while after a shower. One of the toothbrush’s was open.

Está muy bien ubicado, esta impecable, tiene todo lo necesario, la pasamos muy bien durante nuestra estancia es un lugar acogedor, el personal es amable.
