    The parking firts come first serve and the location is walkable to the nearest area for comfortable access daily neccessities rather than relying on car. Overall, we had a wonderfull experience!

    Hotel was located in a strategic location. Walking distance to Chow Rasta, Lebuh Campbell, Lebuh Muntri where there are Chinese & Western restaurants. This area also features the famous Nasi kandar shops of Penang. You can take the free bus & drop off at Cititel hotel or St. Xavier School & walk a short distance to the hotel. I’m not sure about other rooms but the pressure on our shower comes on and goes off every few minutes. Bed was comfortable & aircond was really cold. Other than that, it was a good stay. Just booked again for my trip during Christmas.

    Check-in was quick; room cards are tracked and if you lose any, its RM30 per card. Pillows are high and hard though the beds were ok. Beware room 101 - 1st floor. Its right next to the back of the hotel and closest to the restaurant downstairs. Noise level was high; you can also hear the echos of the singing sessions across from the Red Garden Food Paradise. Room amenities & cleanliness need to be improved.
