    We had an amazing stay for our honeymoon! The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our experience truly special. We were warmly welcomed, and the beautiful honeymoon room decoration and thoughtful surprises made us feel so celebrated. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with excellent amenities and a lovely atmosphere. The service throughout our stay was outstanding—everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Thank you to the entire team for making our honeymoon so memorable. We truly appreciate all the effort and attention to detail. We highly recommend this hotel to couples celebrating a special occasion, and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

    This was a horrific stay. I felt completely catfished and deceived by the positive reviews on Agoda. I booked a 4-night stay but could only tolerate two nights, packing my bags and fleeing on the third day. Upon checking in on day one, we were given a windowless room with filthy, stained sheets and pillows, and the towels had a foul odor. When I complained, the front desk flatly refused any refund, stating it was strictly non-refundable. They reluctantly moved us to an even smaller room, where the hygiene was slightly better but still far from acceptable. To make matters worse, we spotted cockroaches crawling on the stairs. The breaking point happened on the second night. At 5:30 AM, a fuse blew and the entire room lost power. When I went downstairs to alert the staff, instead of apologizing or fixing the issue, they actually interrogated me and asked if I had been smoking! I was completely speechless. The customer service here is utterly appalling. To this day, the hotel has offered absolutely no apology, no compensation, and zero refund for the remaining nights I couldn't stay. They basically took my money and ran. I paid a 4-star hotel price but received subpar service that is worse than a cheap hostel. If you are traveling to Penang, please think twice before booking this hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!
